Pros

It enables us to create contact lists with ease and ensure that we are getting high quality data, not wasting precious emails in inboxes that will never be seen.

Cons

It can have some lag and get stuck sometimes, but it is usually resolved fairly swiftly.

### "BEWARE! They don't let you cancel!!!"

I used for 2 years. As my anniversary approached, a salesperson reached out to me by email, at which time I told him I did not want to renew. He argued with me. He would not cancel my account. I have a ton of emails to him to prove it too. So I canceled the credit card I signed up with to prevent another charge prior to my anniversary. Somehow, they were able to place a charge on my new credit card, without my permission, with the CV code, and without a chip. The worst part here is that NO OTHER COMPANY OR PERSON knew of this credit card.. so they found out the information, and pushed a charge through without my permission, and with a card I never authorized them to use. That's wrong, fraudulent, and stealing from me however you look at it. They don't respond to emails from me, and when you call to speak to accounting, you can't, you only get sales or support. PEOPLE, YOU HAVE OTHER CHOICES. That's all I will say at this time.

Pros

It works most of the time. It was pretty easy to use.

Cons

It didn't always find information. It doesn't come back and fill in the missing info when it does.

Good overall. At least you can capture lead info fast and immediately import into Salesforce. It's about 70 to 80% accurate as far as phone numbers go.

Pros

Very simple to use and fast to implement. Get contact info immediately on leads in LinkedIn / SalesNav, and sometimes off a website.

Cons

websites: not as good using website, and website leads capture also don't function as well as does LinkedIn.

I like that it gives you 1000 access daily, but some emails are useless and worth it.

Cons

The emails are not verified and not working. Not good at building your email domain.

.AI is helping me add to my pipeline more sales prospects that I will work on converting into closed sales. This product is great and would highly recommend it to anyone in sales.

Pros

I like the integration with Salesforce and Outreach. Outreach is easier for me, as it helps with the contact management as an opportunity is opened and then moved into Salesforce.

Cons

It's rare when it happens, but some contact information is duplicated, or there are missing phone numbers and I have to check the website for the right person, phone number or email address.

Great experience, and very useful tool. with all the movement in the market lately, I was very impressed with how up to date the info was as i see contacts moving within my industry.

Pros

I need to look for a particular contact type in particulart industry and this helps me segment very easlly and create valuable lists.

Cons

I think it is fantasic for the cost, only thing i miss is Intent data, but that is so much more expensive. I stuck with this.

Poor experience and little support to resolve our issues. We received no onboarding even when mention on call. COVID 19 took out our business and it was near impossible to negotiate or even get in communication with their team.

Pros

Integration was to our CRM The Gong feature

Cons

Integration and proper mapping did allow custom field properties. We could not capture and tag what was entering our CRM. Deceptive sales process. Was not informed of the mandatory 60 day notice to cancel services. If you fail to inform them, they auto-renew you on another annual term. Poor Support Services during COVID, our business went out of business and continued to charged the credit card on file. Communication with a member of their team was long and would result on being deferred to another department for resolution. Limited database and user function. We were limited to only searching 10 companies at a time.

I really like it and I use it every day. There are definately some things that Zoom.info provides that would be helpful, particularly the org. charts but I have to say overall I am very pleased, it works for me.

Pros

It succesfully pulls the leads I'm looking for and gives excellent contact information. It's interface with Salesforce to upload data is awesome. I like that gives alot of data on emails and let's you know if the email is good or risky and it is usually correct.

Cons

It's not always current information, sometimes I've found the data to be off by six months. I remember the salesperson saying it can be off by a few weeks but when it's off it's off. The emails to me should be more current, I still get far too many emails that are say 90% that are no good.

I first used based on referrals from two other colleagues. I used a free trial and found it super helpful. Recently I joined a new sales team and the company has a paid account. I the solution is super helpful and saves me time finding the phone numbers of contacts. Only since joining the new company have I used Seamless for finding contacts as well. Previously I knew who I was contacting.

Pros

I like that I can get accurate cell phones of c-level, and vp-level executives.

Cons

is great at getting the names and phone numbers & emails of executives in larger organizations. Smaller companies are more difficult to find contacts.

Search for new potential customers is useless by mean of .AI. Results included more leads for any kind of industry or business area, than for my specific search

Pros

Most leads came from LINKEDIN sales. Beside, the search result were meaningless.

Cons

Inaccurate misleading information. Takes a lot of effort and time to sift the leads pertinent to your search. Lots of garbage mixed with little actual potential leads. Inaccurate contact information, leading to gigantic email bouncing rates. BEWARE : TO END AND CLOSE YOUR CONTRACT,AFTER A PAINFUL YEAR OF USELESS AI, YOU NEED TO NOTIFY 60 DAYS IN ADVANCE. OTHERWISE, YOU ARE ENGAGED FOR A NEW RIDE, PAYED FRO YOUR POCKET!!! GOOD LUCK

Very positive--one of the best lead gen capture products our team has found!

Pros

It is very easy to find contacts via other platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and then to import them into a Salesforce database with a single click. In addition, the contacts are generally very up to date and are vetted for accuracy prior to being provided.

Cons

Sometimes contact information is outdated or incorrect. In these cases, there aren't really any remedies to the issue than to try to find the accurate information on another platform.

I find your intelligence fairly accurate. Also, price was a big deciding factor.

Cons

My biggest issue is the interface. You waste a lot of landscape with unimportant features. The search field window (the most important area in my opinion) is too small and constantly minimized... and a pain in the ass to navigate. Customer service could be better. Also, I don't think you allow my CRM integration. I use Sharp Spring

Price. We did not have a big budget. Though I think some of your competitors provide more robust information and accuracy...it comes at a much higher price point.

Seems like an OK tool at first. When you call the phone numbers you get from many are completely wrong. And you won't know until you've called several times and reached someone to tell you that. The email data appears to be a mashup of a contact name and the completely wrong company. Very rarely is the email address accurate.

Pros

Easy to use. Useful if the people you are hunting have a LinkedIn profile.

Cons

Data accuracy is a huge problem. I used it primarily to gather direct phone numbers and emails. The vast majority were inaccurate. The sales reps position as a monthly fee but you actually have to sign up for 12 months minimum.

Pros

There are only three things a salesperson should do, everything else is a waste of time: Prospect, Present and Follow Up. Reality is we have other responsibilities for success. Effective prospecting is the engine to present and follow up. Panacea for a small company is a prospecting mechanism so effective 80-90% of the sales team's time is spent selling! .ai has put prospecting for our company on hyperdrive. Keeping the team focused on the highest potential contacts has been critical and any user should focus on it. The hidden gem is the scoring of the potential accuracy of an email address, phone number, etc...

Would like to have columns of list, where the companies or contacts can be viewed across industry or role.

HORRIBLE. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SOFTWARE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Pros

I can't think of a worse experience with a software product (and I have purchased a lot of tools in the past). Not only was this tool incredibly inaccurate, but what really gets me is even on a monthly subscription you HAVE to sign a year contract. Here is the real kicker, they also require a 60-day notice of renewal cancellation but no one will respond to you when you try to cancel, so you better give yourself a 30-60 day window BEFORE that period even begins. I took off my payment info and now I have a collections person calling? WHO DOES THAT. Maybe you should spend more time/resources improving your technology rather than harassing unsatisfied customers. So gross.

Cons

everything. The worse customer service experience I have ever had.
