We are still getting charged $400+ a month. We have sent email after email after email, sometimes with a delayed response but often with no response at all. We have spoken to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] via help@success.seamless.ai. We have tried connecting via LinkedIn, Facebook and sending emails to the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]. Our account is still being charged. We cancelled our subscription within the contract time frame and have email proof of this request. Our credit card expired, but Seamless.AI somehow got our updated credit card details. We were charged 3 days into the trial, and it was a very off putting feeling. Pros It was a great program, which helped us get contact info for decision makers at our dream client's company. Cons The software and associated training we great, but there was no human onboarding that felt genuine, or worth the price. The paid version is a helpful tool as well, although there are more robust versions on the market. But seamless's price point is great. The search is great and the contact info is almost always accurate, especially compared to other tools that usually have outdated info. Cons There are links to other tools like SEO and website reports for each company but they're connected to paid services, so you need paid accounts on those tools to take full advantage of those reports. I think they had poor quality data, it's not accurate most of the time, and I'm just wasting my money, cant wait to cancel it. Pros Good dataset overall... chrome plugin is nice Cons Sales rep was extremely deceitful...lied all the way through the process...then lied about a 12 month commitment, then indicated the license was unlimited but what then capped at 4000 searches values per day....then lied again and said he could move around the numbers. The most recent response I got from support was that they have "escalated my request" to management, and that a rep would reach out to me. I don't want to be "retained", I just want to cancel.
