Cons They make it impossible to cancel. I have written in 3 separate times to try and cancel. The most recent response I got from support was that they have "escalated my request" to management, and that a rep would reach out to me. I don't want to be "retained", I just want to cancel. Pros It is an easy way to find contact details (it is accurate in most cases) Cons The tool works well for big US companies and companies using English as the main language. It gives almost no results for medium / small size companies outside the US - our main target audience. Therefore, after a month of "intensive" usage, we almost stop using the tool - yet they have early contracts. I've contacted support, the replies are almost standard and with examples with big brand names (the tool works great in this case, but it's not what we need). Pros I liked zero about this product and less about the customer service once I had an issue. Cons The salesperson lied and said I could cancel the subscription with a two month penalty. Pros On the surface, Seamless.ai looks like a great company that offers lots of features. Cons Unfortunately, the salesperson lied to us about the features of the platform. When we asked to cancel our contract and get a refund, we were told that because we signed up for a trial before (which the salesperson told us to do), we should've known about that the detrimental limitations the salesperson did not mention.
