### "Lied to by Salespeople"

Horrible. Will not recommend to anyone.

Pros

On the surface, .ai looks like a great company that offers lots of features.

Cons

Unfortunately, the salesperson lied to us about the features of the platform. When we asked to cancel our contract and get a refund, we were told that because we signed up for a trial before (which the salesperson told us to do), we should've known about that the detrimental limitations the salesperson did not mention.

Great at finding and maintaining contact info for prospects

Sometimes contact info is missing. I wish there was a better connection for LinkedIn

It has a good database of contacts and is easy enough to use.

Cons

I prefer Apollo due to its built-in sequencing system, which I do not believe has.
