Since you do not allow me to add on buyer intent, i will be going with someone else for that. I am a basic man with basic wants and needs. Pros Ease of use and accuracy of data (emails, numbers, etc). It is way more affordable than zoominfo, and i like that i can get what i need without overpaying for things i don't want or need. Cons Intent not allowed on my account type apparently. so i will be going with someone else for the intent feature. I am not in the mood to talk to a sales person, as i myself need to focus on selling and not being sold to. I myself am the sole person in the entire company, who uses these types of platforms; and zoominfo required a minimum of 3 seats. The Second Year i was able to get 1 seat only, but the cost was still outrageous for how little i use it. I just need Buyer Intent and I need to be able to find contacts whenever i want/need. It covers multiple industries very strongly and enables users to drill through different sorting capabilities. Cons I wish it could generate a direct email approach, meaning once I found the right contacts, the system would enable me to send my written email via my mailbox to the designated contacts. Pros I like the data accuracy, better than anything else i've used to enrich data. Seamless.AI will tell me the confidence level of any data I pull for contacts. That saves me a lot of time and effort. Cons The pricing is a bit prohibitive. Seamless.AI is more on the pricey side. There are cheaper alternatives out there, but not as good. AS I do, I am comparing it to other tools in the same price structure. I have found that Seamelss.ai provides more hits on my searches with more accuracy than the competition. I can't wait to try out the intent data vs the big Z option with a price that is too rich for our budget. Cons Sometimes it does not return a business email. However, I usually can find another person at the company's email in Seamless and use that same format to figure out the email of the party I was searching for. Seamless should do this automatically and just disclaim how it arrived at the email. Prior to the renewal date, we notified Seamless.ai that we did not wish to renew our subscription. Despite this clear communication, our credit card was charged for another full year of service. After contacting customer support to request a refund, we were informed that Seamless.ai requires cancellations to be submitted at least 60 days before the renewal date. This policy was not disclosed clearly when we initially signed up and was only referenced after the charge had been processed. This 60-day cutoff seems designed to reduce flexibility for customers and trap them into another billing cycle, even when a clear intent to cancel has been communicated. We believe this is a deceptive and unfair billing practice. We formally requested a refund, but our request was ignored. To date, we have not received any resolution, acknowledgment, or refund. Pros We subscribed for a year. Unfortunately, the platform did not deliver results for us; we were unable to monetize or generate value from the service during our subscription period, despite using it in good faith. Cons Their policy requires cancellation at least 60 days before the renewal date, which we weren't initially aware of. While we assumed we had until the actual renewal date to decide, they use this early cutoff to lock you in, effectively shortening your decision window and leaving customers without real flexibility.
