its impressive. Did exactly what I expected and for a good cost. Have used zoominfo forever and it compares pretty well. Love the platform.

Pros

It finds the contacts I need by title, industry and regions. The main things i need are the phone, clevel and emails and does a good job of having those to make contacts.

Cons

integrating with our crm and saving and running new reports. it just seems like it doesn't flow like i want it to.

So far my experience has exceeded my expectations. The ability to target market based on intent and geographic location is a no brainer and greatly adds value to our sales process!!

Pros

Ease of use, value proposition - especially when compared to other products on the market, and the subscription model is better than any out there!

Cons

After using .ai today, I've not encountered any issues that I would consider cons. All my questions have been answered by the knowledge base videos.

Excellent customer service and assistance. The onboarding was great, and the follow-up really helped.

Pros

It is easy to use and accurate. Has helped me land larger regional/national companies. Most of my business is with SMB's, but on the occasion I have to research larger companies.

Cons

Once in a great while, it doesn't have the info I'm looking for. Also, when using the Chrome extension, you have to click to add to a list.

It is quick and easy and had me back to work in no time. I was able to not only verify the correct information, and I was able to get social media information.

It is easy and. Easy to navigate to find the information that you are looking for. You can also get the social media connections that you need to get to who you need to contact and

Cons

It will give you wrong information if you don't take your time and verify the company information. I am not able to find out if the business is permanently closed or its business hours.

Cons

There is no provision to search as using the first name or second name. It would be more convenient if there is scope for searching using the name

So far, it’s been good, and I’m looking forward to even better data quality moving forward, especially more accurate and up-to-date contact information.

Pros

What I like most about .AI is how intuitive and easy it is to use—it doesn’t take much time to learn, and everything feels straightforward. Because of that, I can focus more on actually finding the right people instead of figuring out the tool itself. It also does a great job of helping me discover high-quality, relevant contacts, which makes my outreach more efficient and effective. Overall, it saves me time and makes the whole process of building a strong contact list much smoother

Cons

What I liked least about .AI is that some contact details are not always accurate or up to date, so I sometimes had to double-check them.

Pros

WAY Better than any other platform for lead generation. I love the search capability and the way it lays out information for me. Easy to read

Cons

The Email feature. I believe it can be improved. The text format doesn't do so well when it is received on the other end.

Great honestly nothing to complain about. Unlimited leads.

Pros

The interface is way easier to use than Apollo. Also the contact info seems to be way more accurate.

Cons

No complaints to date. Its a robust platform so while its intuitive you still its intuitive you still need to watch the training vids

I am super happy with the use of .ai. The best feature which is working for our organisation is its Intent data, which is very genuine and help us to target really niche prospects which can actually to be a buyer of our product.

Pros

Great tool for real time data and access to huge source of data for the most of the industry. .ai really make outbound outreach process easy and help in reaching large number of prospects with just few click.

Cons

.ai has large number of data for any target demography but its pricing might be high for a small-sized company.

Pros

I really like because it’s easy to use, and I can pretty much find anybody that I want to. The UI is simplistic, which means I don't spend a ton of time trying to track down how to find certain people. If I can’t find someone one way, I can find them another way because the filters are very intuitive. The contact information is also quite reliable compared to Apollo or LeadIQ, which helps me find contacts I wouldn't be able to find otherwise. I also like the reliable contact information available in Seamless, and setting it up was literally instantaneous. It feels secure but I dont use it on an instutional scale. I am on the free version so it's great value for what I use it for. I haven't used it for email marketing or sales management but it seems good for what i've seen in those areas.

Cons

It took me a moment when I first logged in to figure out how to search for people by their full name, once I saw the filters I figured it out

Overall experience is good , there are very few softwares that give free credits ,others are costly very much also they give only 5-10 credits

Pros

Nice experience with using ,great app for sales team also they give free credits so we can see if it is good or not

Cons

Least is that before they gave 100 free credits but now they reduced it to only 50 only so that is a little bad ,also the numbers which i can find on other platform , they are not visible here

I have really enjoyed my experience with .AI and I will continue to recommend it to others with or without them asking. It is so good.

Pros

Value for the money. Compared to other options, this is affordable. The one technical issue I had was tackled quickly and effectively. It is son intuitive to use. It integrates seamlessly with Hub Spot. I love it and I have told all my friends in sales and who are business owners looking for B2B contacts, .Ai is great.

Cons

Some of the data is inaccurate. With any system, there are flaw, but compared to buying a list from joe at the B2B contacts.com this is a lot more accurate. But it could be better

Pros

I was searching for an alternative to Apollo.io, and I came across this website, which has quite literally saved my life. It is extremely easy to use and give all relevant information.

Cons

Umm, it's hard to say, but the limited credits for free access have bummed me a little bit. It would be even more wonderful if it had more credit for free access.

Pros

It is a database with up-to-date information that is also very user-friendly and provides the information you are looking for.

Cons

The first search was a bit challenging for me, but it was something I was able to resolve easily. Also the application is a bit expensive, but it is worth it.

As a Sales Developer, all I can say is "I love it," especially if you want a credible source of decision makers. This will be my go-to now for finding decision makers and trusted leads.

Pros

The gives accurate contact details of leads I need for the Sales Development role. (All the details I need) Phone Numbers, Emails, and LinkedIn, plus X and a Facebook account. It also has a feature that, when you point it, it will give you the option to copy the details like the company name and position of the leads in line.

Cons

I don't have any so far. I like the overall usage and features of it. It's user-friendly and very reliable.

Usually provides an address for the person I am researching. Sometimes provides more than one address to use.

Cons

Some of the addresses are old and outdated or are for a company they no longer work for. Other times the company has folded

I am still learning how to navigate this, but so far, it's user friendly. I attended the sales call earlier, and after the quick demo, here i am navigating it like I've done this before.

Pros

Easy to use with large database. I am currently using a free subscription, but i am thinking to upgrade to free up more credits.

Cons

No Month to Month Subscription for international clients. We are actually just testing this for a client. I really like this but its too expensive for our small company.

Prior to 2 using , I was paying a lot of money to our outsourcers to research and find my ideal prospect. They weren't nearly as good or fast as Seamless

Cons

Still learning best practices. I'll attend the webinar. Also, some of the training is in the written word, while I prefer to watch step-by -step videos

Pros

It is so very easy to look up phone numbers and emails for prospects! It is my go-to for finding missing information. Using within our company and is good value for the money.

Sometimes my search turns up nothing but it still takes away from credits used even if I find nothing.

Least is that it gives only 5-6 numbers of employees from each companies.Others are the headquarter number
