definitely better for me, as zoominfo was overkill with features i did not need or want. I need two things - Buyer intent, and Seamless.AI contact/company search. Since you do not allow me to add on buyer intent, i will be going with someone else for that. I am a basic man with basic wants and needs.

Pros

Ease of use and accuracy of data (emails, numbers, etc). It is way more affordable than zoominfo, and i like that i can get what i need without overpaying for things i don't want or need.

Cons

Intent not allowed on my account type apparently. so i will be going with someone else for the intent feature. I am not in the mood to talk to a sales person, as i myself need to focus on selling and not being sold to.

The Second Year i was able to get 1 seat only, but the cost was still outrageous for how little i use it. I just need Buyer Intent and I need to be able to find contacts whenever i want/need.

AI search and buyer intent filters have become really useful for finding the right prospects faster. I also like how easy it is to pull verified contact data directly while researching companies on Linkedin.This is a highly cost-effective solution for lead generation, particularly for teams looking to manage budgets efficiently. While the performance and UI/UX are adequate, they are still noticeably better than SalezShark. I did not require much onboarding, which was not a concern for our use case. I have not used any integrations, as our sending and CRM platforms are separate

### "Buyer Beware! Don't Sign a Contract with this Company!"

They make all these sales promises, get you to sign an annual contract before allowing you to use the product, then send their collections agents after you when they refuse to allow you to terminate because the platform is garbage and the data is unusable. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Pros

Not very much. The Bombora integration seemed interesting, but yielded unusable results for the Canadian market.

Cons

Their platform doesn't deliver sufficient market penetration to capture accurate contact data for the Canadian market. The contact details that it does provide are stale, out-dated and sometimes even completely fabricated or false. Our company has been operating for over 9 years now, with a highly-SEO-optimized website and our contact details spread across the internet amongst all major social channels, yet the platform cannot find our company!

I wouldn't consider it a steep learning curve at all compared to other platforms I have tried. When it comes to value for money, Seamless.AI genuinely delivers. The quality and accuracy of the contacts it generates makes the cost feel completely justified, especially for anyone who is serious about B2B sales and lead generation. You are essentially paying for results and that is exactly what you get. On the security side, I have had no concerns whatsoever. The platform feels stable and trustworthy and I have never had any worrying experience with my data since I started using it. It gives me the confidence to work freely without second guessing the safety of my information. At first, I used to think Apollo was the best platform for finding B2B contacts for lead generation, until I recently came across a Seamless.AI ad on my LinkedIn page and decided to give it a try. Now I'm deeply in love with it! What won me over is how it generates search results while giving you the freedom to customize them to your preference. On top of that, the way it pulls up a full background of a contact's job history, including previous employers, directly linked to their LinkedIn profile is just amazing.

Cons

Honestly, what I dislike the most is that the location of each contact is not displayed alongside the search results in the interface. In cases where there are contacts with the same name, I have to click on them one by one just to confirm they are located in the specific region or area I'm targeting. This is quite time-consuming and could be improved by simply showing the location directly in the search results view.

I made the switch from Apollo to Seamless.AI mainly because of how much more detailed and accurate the contact information is on Seamless. The fact that it pulls up a full job history of each contact directly linked to their LinkedIn profile was something Apollo simply could not offer me at the same level. On top of that, the freedom to customize my search results and the quality of leads I get from Seamless.AI made it clear that I was getting far more value for my money. It was not a difficult decision once I saw what Seamless.AI was capable of delivering.

I've used it at several different companies and it's always been the least expensive and most robust lead data provider in the market. I would put Seamless up against the other two giants and I'd take seamless every time.

Pros

When I need to find data on a lead or prospect and I can't find it via Google, LinkedIn, or our own CRM, then Seamless is my place of last resort and they never ever let me down. Search is the easiest to use and makes the lead data procurement so much easier too.

Cons

I haven't found anything I dislike.... and candidly I don't think I will. Based on how they've build their platform, I'd say most feel this way too.

Good Thing , u can try .We've been testing Prospeo on the side for email verification and the accuracy seems better so far. Still evaluating though. Anyone else done a seamless.ai review of their own or have opinions on b2b contact data providers?

Pros

Long story short, I've been running Seamless.AI for our SDR team since April and figured I'd share some thoughts since I see it mentioned here a lot. The good: mobile numbers are solid when they have them. We're getting about a 25% pickup rate on verified numbers which beats what we had with ZoomInfo (and at a fraction of the cost obviously). The chrome extension is smooth and the UI is clean. Credit rollover is nice too.

Cons

The not so good: data accuracy is hit or miss. We're seeing maybe 70% deliverability on emails they mark as verified. Lots of bounces still. Also the search filters are pretty basic - no technographics or intent data which we really need. And the pricing... man. It adds up fast when you've got 8 SDRs on the team. My manager's been asking me to justify the spend every quarter and I'm running out of good answers. Biggest issue though is data freshness. Found out a bunch of our "verified" contacts had changed jobs 3-4 months ago. No job change alerts either.

Its been great for quick items, but i really wish it had an API so i could connect with it via code, and embed it into my workflows.

Pros

Great way to source individuals from organizations you otherwise dont have. Its consistently pretty great, with SUPER fast lookups, and very detailed data from across the variables on each person.

Cons

No API. This makes it almost impossible to really use it the way it could be, or should be used, especially in automation and code based usage!

Seamless.ai failed us on two fronts: product and posture. On product, results were underwhelming and the vaunted “intent” search was practically unusable; we spent hours with tech support trying to make it behave like a tool for humans, not a robot, and got nowhere. On posture, it’s worse. Their terms require canceling more than 60 days before renewal; miss it and you’re auto-renewed for 12 months. We missed by two weeks—and they refused to help. Repeated, explicit requests to cancel were met with the same tone-deaf script to “give it another try.” This is customer retention by contract, not by value. I could never recommend this company to anyone. If you want clarity and respect, go with Surfe—straightforward pricing and no lock-ins.

Pros

Nothing. The tool didn't work for us. We tried to cancel before the renewal date, and they locked us in for another 12 months for a product we haven't used in 6 months and don't want.

Cons

Customer retention by contract, not by value. Our results with Seamless.ai were poor, and the “intent” search never worked like a real person would use it—even after hours with support.Miss their >60-day cancellation window by two weeks and you’re auto-renewed for another 12 months—which is exactly what happened to us.

Using Seamless AI for 4 years now and in the core we love it, and you can always do better. I guess it is difficult to be 100% correct all the time.

Pros

Very reliable information for more than 95% of all lookups, easy to use, and great value for the money through the year for what we need. Easy to handle.

Cons

Bulk upload is not working well, making the interaction more tidious. And there is no an amount/month of bulk "enhancement" included, which is the feature where you provide company & name which give reliable results, versus bulk upload of names only.

the chrome extension is definitely the best feature. i use it right on linkedin to pull email addreses of founders and marketing teams for my ai directory website. finding accurate contact info for tech and software companies used to take hours, but now it literally takes seconds

Cons

the main dashboard can be pretty overwhelming when you first start. there are tons of features and menus, so there is a bit of a learning curve to get used to it. also, while the emails are very accurate, the direct mobile phone numbers can sometimes be outdated.

I couldn't be happier. I recommend Seamless AI to everyone I meet. During our Winsupply \[sensitive content hidden\] Training Program, I did a presentation that featured Seamless AI heavily. I just had a new \[sensitive content hidden\] reach out to ask how they can get it. It is extremely user friendly, quick and easy to learn, and an excellent value for the price! I am looking forward to updates moving forward.

Pros

It would take me an hour to list what I like most. Having said that, I would say the amount of information you can get for a customer and the ease of getting it. Being able to go to a website and get all the information is priceless.

Cons

The idea that someone else can get my information this easily. That is a bit on the scary side lol. There really isn't anything that I don't like. Maybe editing the contacts could be easier but that is it.
