Pros

What I liked most, its ability to identify verified decision-makers enrich contact data in real time.

Cons

I have no cons. I do wish it was a full stack CRM, I know I could probably use it, but the cost associated doesn't make sense, maybe one day.

My overall experience with .AI has been really impressive. Setting up the platform was surprisingly easy, I didn't need any technical background to get started and was up and running in no time, which I really appreciated as someone who just wanted to jump straight into prospecting. The learning curve was quite manageable. The only part that took me a little time to figure out was how to fully maximize the search filters to get the most relevant results, but once I got the hang of it everything clicked naturally. I wouldn't consider it a steep learning curve at all compared to other platforms I have tried. When it comes to value for money, Seamless.AI genuinely delivers. The quality and accuracy of the contacts it generates makes the cost feel completely justified, especially for anyone who is serious about B2B sales and lead generation. You are essentially paying for results and that is exactly what you get. On the security side, I have had no concerns whatsoever. The platform feels stable and trustworthy and I have never had any worrying experience with my data since I started using it. It gives me the confidence to work freely without second guessing the safety of my information. Overall, Seamless.AI is a solid and reliable tool and I would comfortably recommend it to anyone looking to step up their lead generation game.

At first, I used to think Apollo was the best platform for finding B2B contacts for lead generation, until I recently came across a .AI ad on my LinkedIn page and decided to give it a try. Now I'm deeply in love with it! What won me over is how it generates search results while giving you the freedom to customize them to your preference. On top of that, the way it pulls up a full background of a contact's job history, including previous employers, directly linked to their LinkedIn profile is just amazing.

Cons

Honestly, what I dislike the most is that the location of each contact is not displayed alongside the search results in the interface. In cases where there are contacts with the same name, I have to click on them one by one just to confirm they are located in the specific region or area I'm targeting. This is quite time-consuming and could be improved by simply showing the location directly in the search results view.

I made the switch from Apollo to .AI mainly because of how much more detailed and accurate the contact information is on Seamless. The fact that it pulls up a full job history of each contact directly linked to their LinkedIn profile was something Apollo simply could not offer me at the same level. On top of that, the freedom to customize my search results and the quality of leads I get from Seamless.AI made it clear that I was getting far more value for my money. It was not a difficult decision once I saw what Seamless.AI was capable of delivering.

From the start, my experience with was deeply disappointing. The tool was average at best. You must pay for and use an email scrub tool with Seamless as many of their emails are bad. While the product is just okay- the customer service was far worse. It took two months after payment before the program was usable—due entirely to a lack of support and responsiveness. With only three business days’ notice, I was informed I would lose all credits at the end of my contract—credits I had already paid for. This short notice is unacceptable and shows disregard for customers. When I reached out to request a resolution, my email was ignored, forcing me to work over the weekend to burn through credits under duress. Seamless consistently fails to respond to inquiries, demonstrating a lack of professionalism and accountability. This is not poor service—it is systematic failure.

Pros

Easy to use for the most part but the emails were often not good. I have few positives to share about Ai

Cons

.AI has several notable drawbacks. The platform often suffers from slow customer support and poor responsiveness, making onboarding and issue resolution frustrating. Data quality can be inconsistent, requiring additional cleaning before use. Pricing lacks transparency, and sudden changes—such as abrupt credit expirations—can leave customers unprepared. Overall, these issues undermine the user experience and limit the tool’s reliability.

The contact data is good. Extremely price competitive. I did a 'shootout' with ZoomInfo on two occasions, assessing the contact dat veracity against a set of contacts, and edged it both times.

Cons

UX is slightly klugey but once you get accustomed to it, the power starts to show, especially when it comes to to the integration between LinkedIn Nav and .

.ai is very easy to learn and intuitive to use. My team and I use it every day in our sales and marketing outreach. It offers excellent value compared to other platforms, with accurate phone, mobile, and email addresses. The system is straightforward to set up and integrate with your CRM. It helps me manage our sales and marketing prospecting workflow.

Cons

I can export leads to HubSpot. I wish it had tighter integration with HubSpot, like Salesforce. Not a big deal. It takes a few extra clicks to look up a HubSpot record in the browser plugin. I'm sure they will add this feature soon.

.ai allows you to search LinkedIn for people based on their job title, Type of company, company name, etc, and then find the contact information for the search results so you can reach out to these people directly.

Cons

I can't think of any. You have to login to .ai before doing a search in LinkedIn, but that's no big deal.

### "Seamless AI tool is worth it"

I have been using .AI for several years and I find it very helpful for my sales process. I am overall satisfied with the service and would consider renewing.

Pros

Easy to set up, easy to integrate into the CRM. Helps with sales management and getting information from LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Experienced some minor bugs but it was very infrequent. The value for money is very good.

Cons

Sometimes they're would be bad data and I would get bounce backs from e-mails but most of the time the information was pretty accurate.

My experience with .AI was useful and productive, especially for accelerating prospecting, but not without operational friction.

Pros

Fast access to verified emails and phone numbers .AI because it gives you speed, accuracy, and leverage — all the things that make a sales leader unstoppable.

Cons

You like for speed — but you dislike anything that slows you down, creates cleanup, or introduces noise into your sales engine.

### "Great, easy to use tool for finding contacts at a great price"

I have been a fan of going back 7 years. I bring it along with me to every company I go to. Great, necessary tool if you need to prospect for leads and you want up-to-date information.

Pros

was easy to get started with and quickly found the key contacts that I needed. I need not only the basic information, but most importantly, I now need phone numbers, as prospects rarely respond to emails anymore. Given the cost, it is a great value for the money. I didn't find any challenges to using it, and they provide great training. Great integration with CRMs and your web browser!

Cons

It doesn't have a robust CRM like some of its competitors, but I already have a CRM and don't need to navigate another one.
