This tool allows me to track time for each of them very easily. It monitors when I'm on my computer (activity) and records the time. I can switch companies (projects) as I change tasks. It helps me to also give corrections or suggestions without having to move about the office. Pros As a Managing Director, I needed a solution that would allow me to keep track of what my employees are doing on their workstations during work hours. Enforcing the user of TopTracker at the office really ensured that all my staff were doing what they're being paid to do.Top Tracker also helps us track how much time is being spent on a given task by each employee as well as the total man hours which they have invested. It's user-friendly and easy to navigate. It gives the flexibility for the user to modify features without the inconvenience of going through admin access. Pros This software's flexibility is what I like the most. As an independent contractor, there are features that I don't require that I could turn off/on anytime without going through our admin access. Cons Sometimes, TopTracker stays offline even if I'm already online. I have to log out and log back in for it to read that I am connected. Pros I like how it's easy to clock in and out for work using simple codes for timetracking purposes. Cons TopTracker doesn't track activity as much. Just keyboard clicks and mouse movements, screenshots, and camera shots. It would be better if they can also track what programs we open and websites we visit, just like Time Doctor. I could track everything and even had lots of options to figure out afterwards what i did for which client if I forgot to properly track. Pros It's free, it works perfectly, it's easy to use. Cons No downside to the app itself. I had the unfortunate case that my bookkeeping app didn't have a TopTracker integration.
