Un logiciel ultra complet aussi bien pour les forces de ventes que pour des techniciens SAV sans oublier le marketing. Un vrai coup de coeur pour l'extranet client!

Cons

Fonctionnellement il ne manque rien. Si il faut forcément trouver un inconvénient: le prix.
