Yosi has become essential to my practice. My day runs on time, my patients love it, my billing manager loves having all the correct information before the patient even gets to the office. In the rare occurrences when we've had a technical issue, the Yosi team is available and responsive. Yosi is truly the best vendor I work with.

Pros

Using Yosi has increased our productivity and efficiency significantly. Rather than my patients taking 20 minutes before they are ready to see me, filling out forms, getting signatures, etc, with Yosi, my patients are ready in an exam room for me to see in about 6 minutes (we've timed it!). The elimination of the extra wait keeps me on time. And, my patient love the convenience of being able to take care of all the necessary registration information ahead of time on their phones. On top of all of that, their customer service is responsive, effective, and efficient, which I find rare in the marketplace today.

Cons

Nothing! I love that Yosi is continuing to add additional features, like telehealth, to the platform.

It has been a long time that I have had \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] of a company personally watches over all aspects of my account. You don't get that type of personalized customer service anymore. Like the title of my survey says, implementing Yosi has been the best decision of 2020.

Pros

The process and integration is very easy and seamless. They customized every aspect we desired with no pushback. It has saved us a ton of time which helps the office and patient flow. Patient satisfaction has improved which means referrals have also increased.

Cons

It is technology and sometimes technology has glitches. There have not been many at all but that is the only negative I have experienced.

Excellent customer service, quality technology, very easy to work with and they've never backed down or said no to helping create the best, most efficient options for our clinic. We were looking for a way to streamline our new patient registration and with Yosi we have seen both an increase in patient response, and an improvement in our internal processing of new patients. Would recommend!

Pros

The user interface is easy to understand and use for both patients and staff. The setup team was very patient and helpful in getting the software to work best for our needs, with our specific EMR. We use eClinicalWorks which is not very easy to customize or work with and Yosi has been creative in helping navigate that. The automatic function of sending out forms, and then having them returned to us exactly like our normal forms has been invaluable.

Cons

The only feature I am looking forward to them adding is a type-to-sign function for the completion of forms where patients can type their name and it converts to a signature rather than the patient using their finger or mouse to sign. Yosi has been receptive of the idea and I'm hopeful this feature may come in the future.
