Since we deployed the GiveMe5.ai platform, we have received more reviews (and more positive reviews) than by simply asking people to leave us a review. Pros makes collecting and displaying reviews easy. The interface is incredibly user-friendly, and sending a review request to a client is a breeze. GiveMe5.ai integrates with tons of review websites which makes the review experience so much easier for the client. Cons The thing that I like least about is that setting up the SMS review requests is a little difficult because it requires use of a third-party platform. The other thing I don't like about GiveMe5.ai is that it often mischaracterizes consumer sentiment as negative when in fact it's positive. The company is what made me run for the hills. Golly, it was bad. Pros It was easy to set up and pretty easy to use Cons The company/ customer support is pretty awful and they call you multiple times a day to try and sell more products, I had to start blocking numbers. The system overall is pretty dated feeling and seems like something you would build out in school. Reason for choosing GiveMe5.ai Has a free trial and then is super cheap. I belive it has matured since we started using it over a year ago, and is even easier to onboard. Pros Once set up, it essentially automates online review requests, plus helps track the reviews and help write responses. Cons The centralized dashboard is nice, but would be better if it summarized all office locations on the page instead of forcing you to manually select each location to review their status. Also, I really wish it would capture the company responses in the dashboard so that you can see them - I sometimes respond in Google Maps directly, or through another app that monitors my reviews (Levitate), but it seems to only show you the company response if you go through GiveMe5 to post it. Otherwise, it appears on the app as though you've not yet responded when you in fact have. Founder Media Production Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Best and most under-rated reputation management software" December 2, 2024 5.0 I have been using it for a number of years now - I like that the emails are customisable, you can add your own domain for white label, you can choose to have the user select stars, thumbs up/down and more - when they review you, there is auto reminders, and the option to pre-vet the reviews (ie if a customer has had a bad experience, they can contact you first to resolve it, prior to leaving a review (a grey area, but the option is great to have). Pros A very well thought-out reputation management Saas. It is my goto software for both personal use, and clients, when I need to increase social proofing for a brand. I've been using the platform for years and have had no issues. Pros The price point, ease of use of the platform, and features are really solid for Grab Your Reviews. I love the ability to setup campaigns with auto follow ups and being able to customize each step. That along with the ability to step in to fix an issue if a customer has a bad experience is huge. Being proactive like this has really helped fix any issues before it becomes a bad review and also collect more good reviews. It has really helped us level up our customer service. Cons The only con for me is I wish I could make the request emails a little more professional looking. I think they're okay and I doubt any client/customer actually cares but I would love to see more options here. I initially registered the domain under my main business, but that ended up forcing all the other businesses to share that same domain. July 20, 2025 5.0 I've been using the product since October 2022 and it is one of the most used and most useful items I've ever purchased from AppSumo. The product is highly configurable (and configurability / stability has improved over the years) and just suits my needs perfectly. I seem to recall some initial issues with configuring the "white label" option when I first got it, but the support department was able to get me over the hump. Since then, it's been smooth sailing. Pros It's super-simple to configure and use. I bought the product on Appsumo when it was still called Grab Your Reviews. It was able to work with WordPress, as well as standard HTML5 documents, so I could use it on any of my projects. Cons What I liked least about the product (notice the PAST TENSE) was that when it first came out, the widget style that I would have preferred had a note on it (something like "Coming Soon" - but I don't remember the exact words), and that widget did not get implemented for probably around 2 years. But now, that widget is available and it does exactly what I want. If there's anything else I might say I don't like is my perception that the author's might be considering taking the product in a new direction and adding functionality that is beyond the core functionality that I find so useful.
