VP - Operations Food & Beverages Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Grab Your Reviews is one of the easiest ways to display reviews" March 5, 2025 4.0 Until this past week, there was NOTHING that I didn't like about GYR. However, over the past week, their system has gone down at least twice (that I'm aware of). This leaves gaping holes in my clients' websites in the areas where reviews would normally be displayed. I created a ticket earlier this week after the first interruption, and other than receiving the standard auto-reply, I have not heard from them. The initial interruption lasted for only an hour or so (from the time I discovered it), and now, as I write this review, I am suffering through a second interruption. I wish there was a more direct way of contacting them, but I only see an email ticketing option for their support. Pros I purchased the Agency White Label level from AppSumo. Their software works flawlessly (when it works), and allows users to display reviews in a variety of ways on the business' website Cons There have been a couple of system outages over the past week, and their support service can only be reached via email. It helped us streamline the feedback we get from customers and improve our online presence. It's really easy to set-up and easy to use. Pros \- Adds all reviews received from Google, Facebook, Yelp, etc into a single dashboard which makes it super easy to collect reviews from different websites -Review filtering feature lets you filter negative reviews which allows your business to resolve these issues before they become public Cons \-The UI is very basic and not as modern as other competitors, this might be considered good if people like simplistic UI. - This has the potential to use AI but is not using it which is sad. Pros Makes it very easy to get more quality reviews from out customers after we complete jobs for them. We enter their name, email address, and phone number and it does the rest for us. Cons Nothing, very easy to use and does most of the work for us. It follows up automatically and we had increased our reviews since using the software. I use it on a regular basis and find that it has a better chance of getting clients to provide a review than simply asking clients. Overall it does what I expect. Pros GiveMe5 simplifies the process of getting reviews from my clients, which has always been difficult. My favourite feature is the drip emails that can be set up. Cons I would love if there was a way to automate the process using API integration. Currently I am using Zapier, which works well. Also, I think the UI can be improved to make it easier to find things. April 1, 2025 4.0 The only issue with their platform is the ethical use of removing negative reviews. Pros They make it easy to see your reviews from different sources all in one dashboard. Cons Although there are times that reviews should be removed because they lack substance, I don't agree with removing negative reviews simply because they are there. Grab Your Reviews offers removal of negative reviews. Those negative reviews are how businesses grow, and customers know what they should expect from the company or service.
