It collects all of your reviews in one place so you can easily respond. You can easily have that social proof as well with social sharing or implementing the reviews you want on your website. Great product that saves tons of time. It put my review management on autopilot. Cons I haven't really found any cons yet. I have been using this for almost 6 months and use it everyday. When I was setting up I talked to grab your reviews about a couple things they responded very quickly. Pros Customers now actually give me reviews that are displayed on my website. My Google rank seams to of improved since using grab you reviews. Im now number two when electrician wokingham is searched. Up from six.
