I can't say enough bad things about this program. It's so poorly planned, no real updates and when you complain about the lack of features (i.e. autosave, undo, etc.) they tell you how hard that would be to implement despite many other programs that are able to do the same thing. I get stressed out every time I have to open the program to send out an e-blast because I know something will ultimately go wrong, I won't have saved it every few seconds and I'll lose my work (again and again). At $300 US a month, it's not remotely worth it. There are many other terrible features of this program but too many to list. Buy anything except this program for your business.

Pros

There are no pros - honestly. I tried to think of one and I honestly can't. It's web-based, so maybe that's the only plus?

Cons

\- No autosave; if you don't hit save constantly, you'll lose your work - No undo; if you accidentally delete something, it's gone for good. - Tiny writing pane on the left makes it hard to see what you're typing instead of the main body on the larger part of the page. - Awkward layout and blocks; they aren't user friendly, few font choices and even just to increase the font, you need to do 3-4 different steps instead of just highlighting and using a menu.

Because we switched to a new ticketing software called Tessitura (that is equally as bad as Wordlfy) and were told that they could easily be integrated with each other. The integration is minimal so I wish we'd stayed with the other program.
