Instead, it just created extra time and money to keep the product running. Every time there is an Outlook update, which is very often the product wouldn't work. Cons While the staff is willing, the product is not. The overall concept is sound, but it is unpredictable in several ways. It gives me the ability to stay updated with the tracking of my current and future customers with a couple of simple clicks on my mouse pad. Cons I would say the thing I like least about this product would be when I have to Migrate an older customer into the new system.
