The ability to compile our sales teams appointments via Outlook has been great. Pros The initial integration was fairly clean and successful. Didn't take much time to train our employees. Cons At this point, the only issue we have seen is it occasionally will lag or crash for a short period of time. Review Source RL Richard L. It creates for a less clustered environment that can occur when taking on new software. The product can be tailored to your specific needs and has several useful purposes and options. Cons The screens are not as intuitive and there seems to be a decent learning curve.
