From the advisors to shuttle drivers with its simplicity we have no push back. The program is super flexible from single store point to multi-store locations, shuttle, parts valet and I add bank runs. we have added QR codes to benches at the mall to allow customers to schedule pick-ups. The versatility makes the program a great spend. Cons not often do i say none, but with the quickness of support they really work to make a great program. Their staff is absolutely wonderful, understanding, caring and helpful by giving correct and honest information. I have been with Shutte Control for about 1 year now and their system has significantly helped us to increase, be more organized and have more control and accurate information about the vehicle locations and detailed trip information etc. Their system has worked perfectly in our business.
