I have been able to make my classroom more engaging for students with just a few easy steps. Pros What I like most about quizizz is that my students enjoy it! They love the music, the memes, the animation, the overall look over the platform. Also, I love that its easy to create your own quizzes or look up already made quizzes that I can edit. Students love the power-up and different features within the product. Students are learning without even realizing it because they are having so much fun! It's also easy to use with Google Classroom which is another great feature. Cons The only thing I don't like is that it has advertisements. I know it's how they make money but I don't love that given I'm using it with kids. Students like the game-like interface and I love the option for live quizzes or ones that they can complete later. Pros This is a great tool for quick assessment in e-learning and for at-home consolidation of classroom instruction. Quizzes are easy to make and lots of customizable features like time limits, adding photos, and different marking capabilities. Cons The time limit could be annoying to some people but I like it because it encourages students to get their work done early. Students see a quiz and shut down. Quiziz gets the students excited that they don't even know they are being tested. It reduces test anxiety. Pros Quiziz is a great program. As a teacher, you can use the program's already developed quiz to test students' knowledge or build your own and customize it for your instruction. Cons I feel the classroom setup was my least favorite. There should be a less time-consuming way of importing your students' names and class times. I would always try to get first place on the leader board no matter how mamy times I had to retake the Quiz. I did pay $60 and not sure what comes with it. I wish there was a video where I can know what comes with the price. I know I can record but with all this adjusting I am not sure how to do more. Pros I like that this software gives students motivation and boosts competition, its exciting to see the pictures when they get a correct answer, the music is appropriate, the themes are great, Cons Not being able to post a picture and a recording.
