However, the technical support team is awesome; they are always ready to help resolve issues ASAP. Pros Navigating through the environment overview makes it more suitable to have a quick summary of what is happening on the hosts and clusters. The ability to host multiple VMs to be monitored on a single console makes it easy to navigate multiple environment monitoring servers and apps. The Alarm module does its best job where you can have a report on the physical disk. Cons The Dash board is complex and doesn't have a simple GUI. You can add many optional cartbridge to enhance your product like sql, Oracle, esxi, and have everything in the same console. Interface is powerfull and data are in real-time. Cons If you take many optional cartbridge price can be higher than other solution. You will need a windows server to install the solution in addition for the sql express database.
