Pros

The software is user friendly and can be modified to fit every user/business. Customer service is always available to help, great customer service.

Cons

The only con I can say is there is not an option to ship letters postcards.

Excellent! I recommend them to everyone!

Pros

We use XPS Ship because of their Customer Service Team. It is so important to us that we are able to reach someone by phone whenever we have a question or need help. The Customer Service Team is professional and always knows how to assist us. I know there are other shipping services out there but we would never switch from XPS Ship because they are truly the best!

Cons

Sometimes the software is not intuitive but the Customer Service Team is always available to walk us through the process and they make it easy. We wish that their UPS rates were as competitive as their USPS rates but you can always upload your UPS account if you have one and get your own negotiated rates.

On the rare occasions that I need support, the support is friendly and my issue gets resolved fast!

Pros

Access to lower rates for our customers is the best feature! The API that auto-fills the fields for shipping is a close second. It saves us labor and prevents errors! Being able to build an address book of customers is also a helpful feature.

Cons

There is nothing I don't like! There are other automations that could further improve my efficiency. The customer indicates her/his desired shipping class in WooCommerce. It's very helpful having info. passed to xpsshipper and it would be even more helpful if that shipping class would be automatically selected (so I don't have to select it - but I could override it).

I have been using XPS for many years and am very satisfied with this company. In the beginning, there were some glitches but those are gone. When there were glitches or I had any questions you can call them and they actually answer the phone! I mean very little if any hold time.

Pros

Ease of use and no glitches. I also like that I can ship using any shipping company. I also love their website and all it offers.

Cons

There is nothing that I know of that needs to be changed on this site.
