The implementation from a development was very easy and the support from the team with very close. We implemented the secured notifications as part of SCA process successfully and achieving the timeliness agreed.

Pros

It is easy for implementation and the SDK is quite developed

Cons

I didn't find any big issue or missing functionality neither

Nos aportan un vía directa e inmediata de comunicación con nuestros clientes.

Pros

La función de geolocalización, la posibilidad de reconocer la instalación de otras aplicaciones semejantes a las del sector

Cons

Le falta estadificas en tiempo real (diarias) para saber que campañas de envíos causan las bajas de las notificaciones

Aporta mucha confianza contar con un partner de este tipo: Por un lado cuenta conr una solución robusta y actualizada; por otro lado cuando aparece un problema o necesidad, estos son cubiertos por unos buenos niveles de servicio y/o aportando facilidades en otros aspectos relacionados con gestiones administrativas

Pros

La solución es muy parecida a la de los otros grandes players de mercado, por lo que cuenta con gran número de características y funcionalidades. Lo que marca la diferencia es la agilidad y facilidad que ofrecen para adaptar sus servicios a las carácterísticas propias de tu negocio. Ya he trabajado antes con otras plataformas de mayor tamaño pero con menos posibilidad de adaptación.

Cons

De momento las capacidades que ofrece el software excede las necesidades identificadas en el negocio, por lo que no hay un aspecto negativo en ese sentido.

Mandamos comunicación push tanto a nivel comercial, como de servicio y como solución para la gestión de impagos en tarjeta.

Pros

Su facilidad de uso, es muy intuitivo el uso y la configuración de las campañas para poder hacer los envíos, facilidad de personalización, de programar los envíos para poder mandar campañas a distintas horas. Posibilidad de mandar push con imágenes y emoticonos y personalizar con subida de fichero a que clientes se manda la comunicación y que variables van en el texto (nombre, importe....) Servicio de atención al cliente, siempre que preguntas o tienes alguna duda te responden de manera ágil y te dan solución al problema.

Cons

Cuando el volumen de notificaciones enviadas es muy alto las estadísticas pueden dar algún problema a la hora de descarga, pero solo las más específicas, las más habituales y de acceso diario funcionan sin ningún problema.
