CoFounder Computer Software Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Does everything we need" February 25, 2023 5.0 Pros The Intercom integration is seamless and allows us to collect lots of different information through the Intercom messenger like feature suggestions, bug reports, and feedback, all for an affordable price. Our use case is quite small, so we found most alternatives to be way overkill in features and price, whereas NativeForms is still feature-rich but at a great price, and the higher pricing tiers are attractive as we continue to grow.Also happy with the Google Sheets integration, I just have all the raw data going into one sheet and then I have another sheet pulling the info I need to put it into the format I need.Haven't tried out the Jira integration yet, but that is also something we intend on using. Cons Lack of custom domains via cname. They have an option where you can export and host html that loads the form in an iframe, so not a huge pain, but it would be nice to be able to configure it via cname like other services we use. We will rarely be collecting responses outside of Intercom anyways though, so it doesn't matter a ton. You can be up and running quickly, and the UI is fantastic and intuitive. Pros The native integrations are by far the biggest factor we chose to go with NativeForms. Being able to sync data without relying on 3rd party automation services is teriffic. Cons The customization of forms is something that could be improved. At the moment they look great, but they just don't have the visual editing capabilities of other services. July 27, 2020 5.0 Pros I was looking for a multi-step form tool, had customizable styles, and synced directly to Intercom. I spent weeks researching form tools and couldn't find much that worked with Intercom without a Zapier integration. Last night, I found Native Forms in a Google search. It was incredibly easy to launch my custom form in less than 24 hours. I'm deeply grateful to the Native Forms team for making it so easy! Cons I would love more documentation to learn how to do key tasks myself. However, their support team is highly responsive. They've offered free personalized support for everything I've asked about. Cons Some documentation to help discover the depth of features would be appreciated. However, I struggle to this as a con when the support turnaround is 5 mins! Last night while searching Google one of their features caught my eye - "Native" which led straight into this amazing product! It's so simple; you customize your styles in about 10 minutes then after 24 hours it is ready-for-action on all your web properties including Facebook & Linkedin (or any other social platforms). Plus if there have ever been questions or problems over email they are always happy help out when needed quick response times too makes everything go smoothly ;) Cons i think they should need to add more template. The software is simple but for our use case, it's exactly what we need. It's also very easy to integrate into our systems via embeds, webhooks, and email notifications. If you're looking for straightforward and simple to use forms. Nativeforms is a good option. Cons Admittedly it's nothing flashy and we wouldn't call it visually appealing. For more marketing oriented forms, we use something like Typeform. Pros I like the ease of use of the software and mostly the multi-channel deployment; we do a lot of outbound communications through Intercom, and I like that surveys can be embedded directly in chat windows or series. It makes it easier for users to respond. Cons The navigation of all the surveys could be improved. Multiple teams across our company use NativeForms, and there are a lot of them now. Better organization of the forms in folders would be useful on the admin side. Pros I love how easy it is to do just about everything. I can create forms super easy, rearrange them, add and remove components. Integration of my created form is also simple. I can integrate using an embed code or just use a provided landing page link. Finally, and this is the best part, getting the form data is fantastic. NativeForms has so many integrations for me to choose from, from ActiveCampaign, Wordpress, Webhooks, Google Sheets, Airtable, etc. Cons The only thing I don't like, and this is minor, is that the permission settings for Google Sheet integration requires full Google Drive access. I wish I could restrict the permissions on a sheet by sheet basis. I don't know how the other integrations work. Maybe with Airtable I can get more narrow in my privacy. Again, this is probably just nitpicking.
