July 21, 2021 4.0 Pros If you are a high-risk merchants, easypay is for you. It works with various back-end processors that increases the chance your account to get approved. What I like about Easypay is that it is compatible with most online shopping carts so it makes the purchase easy. It has full line services that you're looking for. It also allows a single merchant to own multiple accounts and specify the percentage of your sales go to each account. Meaning you can automatically redirect your payment if one of your accounts has having troubleshoot or the payment you are making is requiring you to pay at specific bank account. Cons Setting up an account in easypay is quite expensive and you need to sign in a three-year contract with an automatic renewal clause. Good things is that they don't charge for early termination, however, it will be challenging to close your account. So make sure, you are determined in making an account on easypay so you wouldn't waste both of your money and time. Review Source SH Shebin H. " August 17, 2020 5.0 Our central reservations team located in U.A.E is responsible for handling close to 1000 rooms inventory in total and with the growth of OTA business within past couple of years handling and charging credit card payments manually became a serious challenge at operational level moreover the chargeback claims (disputed charges) and fraudulent payment attempts made the situation even more complicated therefore we were looking for an online payment options which is tailor made for Hotel requirements. We found a payment gateway offered by a local bank that was capable of sending a payment link to accept card payment online. However, generating and sharing payment links with our guests had to be done manually and with large volume of room bookings falling in our PMS everyday, sending payment links manually to every booking was not so practical. Then we came across with EasyPay Invoicing solution which was fully optimized to handle hotel operations along with Integration capabilities with our property management system (OPera) and other major online travel agents. Since our partnership with EasyPay, handling guest credit card payments was easy and efficient. We have not had a single chargeback claim since then. Pros Easy to use and reliable, their automated invoicing function has relieved our employees from doing manual work. Their system also consist of well thought functionalities to help our teams do their daily routine that includes live payment tracking, automated payment reminders and simultaneous live payment updates to both guest and property etc. EasyPay customer service has been great since the day one and more importantly they comply with all mandatory standards and regulations like PCI compliance and GDPR guidelines. Cons There is nothing we do not like about EasyPay. They meet most of our expectations neither have we received any complaints about their services from our guests. Pros It is safe, secure, and allows for instantaneous money transfers and withdrawals. Cons Server problems can occasionally cause the app to go down. Finance Manager Hospitality Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Increased efficiency and completely saved us from credit card chargeback claims " September 16, 2020 4.0 Before EasyPay our teams were manually processing guest credit cards only to find issues such as insufficient funds,invalid cards and 3rd party payment issues etc therefore ended up with considerable number of non guaranteed bookings,late cancellations and no shows but with EasyPay automatic invoicing feature to OTA's our guests are able to pay or validate their credit cards before they even arrive at property enabling us to have a booking guarantee or payment for almost 90% of our bookings ,EasyPay also send automatic payment reminders to unpaid invoices and made 3rd party payment collection more secure and simple our teams no longer have to send manual authorization forms and collect documents from guests , we are quite happy with the results in fact we haven't had any payment dispute for last 02 years definitely recommend EasyPay for every other hotel. Pros From the finance department point of view this system is easy to use and all activities and changes are recorded with date and time for each payment invoice for easy reference and audit , more importantly they are connected to our local bank's payment gateway therefore it is secure and very cost effective in comparison to other service providers in the market. Cons So far there is nothing to mention specifically everything works well as expected. Reason for choosing EasyPay We were offered a free trial by EasyPay during the time we found their features are advanced and our teams were able to start using the software easily and we were able to automate most of the manual work related to invoicing their support team was very responsive to all our inquiries. Manager Hospitality Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Payment Solution" August 18, 2020 5.0 To a great extend easy pay helped us to increase the productivity of reservation process as, we have been using easy pay over the past 2 years and we have found that it helps us to support the operation and it also has integration with online channels where there are no human intervention required to push the payment link. Instead, easy pay will generate the link based on the customized rule. Moreover, we hardly had any technical issues with them and if we had anything at all, they have 24/7 customer support to resolve it immediately. Pros It is user-friendly and it also supports the customization as per the user/organization needs. Cons We have seen various payment solutions over these years, but with easy pay, we have seen that it has all advanced functionality which a payment solution should have. Pros It hardly takes your two- three minutes to create an invoice.It gives you an option to create one amount (Total amount) invoice as well as a detailed invoice(if you wish to provide a breakdown). Cons Very much happy that It makes my work easy without taking much of my time.
