## What is TeleHab?

TeleHab Exercise Prescription Platform is a seamless remote rehab experience for both practitioner and client. Practitioners can build programs from a growing library of over 6,000 clinically reviewed videos including range of motion, hand therapy, pilates, strength and conditioning, and more. Uniquely clients can record themselves performing their exercise program on their phone. A practitioner can then review the videos remotely to keep clients accountable and track progress.

Overall quite happy with Telehab but they do need to work on updating the program to ensure it caters for a wider range of patients.

Pros

The program allows you to make templates that group exercises together that can be easily applied to patients which saves the physio time. It also has great exercises for athletic populations. The physios love that they can email the exercises and patients can watch the videos to refresh their memory on how to do the exercises.

Cons

The search feature is not very efficient. I think the tags associated with each exercise need to be improved to allow physios to find the exercises they are looking for.Lots of the exercises are too advanced for some patients (typically more deconditioned/elderly patients/acute injuries) and so additional exercises showing the regressions would be helpful. Updating a patients email after the initial integration/upload with Nookal is difficult.

During a time where we only started using Telehealth services because of the pandemic, Telehab provided an awesome platform to make it less stressful & provide ways to effectively continue the management of patients.

Pros

I really like that there is a large database that is updated regularly so that you have ample options to choose from. It is easy to use and the customer support is great too!

Cons

I would love to see a custom option to add your own video of a missing exercise or some way to submit it for review if they would like to check and add it to the existing library.

I have been using different software for exercises and I have found Telehab the best so far in terms of video and explanation and the tool for video call is great

easy explanation, good videos , easy to understand for patients , good variations of exercises

Great for free, but more customisable would make it a far more user-friendly product.

Pros

Free, large exercise library, quick to enter client details

Cons

cant save favourite exercises, cant add your own exercises, search function/terms sometimes not as expected and cant change the name of exercises, cant change text description of exercises, cometimes parameters are dureation but should be reps and chant change these, sometimes the exercise uses bands or weights but the set parameters dont include these and you cant add them, some details not gathered in the "copy notes" action to paste into client file eg text notes for exercise...

Remote monitoring of client compliance has been terrific, we know what exercises they've done well and which they have struggled with.

Pros

Integration with current business practices was easy. Telehab assisted enormously when the majority of our services were moved to telehealth due to covid. Now restrictions have eased we are still using it as it's a great program and user friendly for most clients.

Cons

Some clients find the password requirement confusing and it would be good to have less buttons for them to click.

I have been very impressed with telehab and it's become a valuable tool in my day to day practice.

Pros

Telehab became an excellent option to be able to deliver rehabilitation plans remotely during the covid pandemic but subsequently also in providing reinforcement of instruction to those patients seen face to face. It has continued to expand the exercises and search function along with templates.

Cons

Initially, it was difficult to search for specific exercises and add them to templates but this has been addressed and the range of exercises expanded considerably which has largely fixed this problem.

Exercise program prescription

Pros

The ability to quickly sign clients up, generate an exercise program, add specific notes and play it all back to them is game changing. No longer am I drawing hard to interpret stick figures and relying on patient memory to correctly perform an exercise program. The feedback from my patients have been very positive.

Cons

If anything there are sometimes too many exercises to choose from. However the more you use the program the more efficient you become in using and developing programs.

Really happy with the value it adds to the service I provide to my patients/clients.

Pros

Great range of exercises, clearly explained and shot. Easy to use app and portal. Customisable to a good degree without compromising the quality of the end user's experience. Ability to track progress is useful when bought into by individuals.

Cons

Exercise names vary from in my head to the app! More an issue with my head than the software itself. Some issues with certain email addresses and initial setup early on but I am getting less and less reports of this now.
