Pros

Very Easy to use. EDI with Market place is great Saves a Ton of time. Policy management is awesome be sure policies are effectuated and upload requested docs. No Cost Makes the system a no brainer to use rather than look for competitive vendors. The referral system is great for non appointed carriers.

Cons

Off Exchange is not always accurate rates or available plans shown. The Compare tool Print function does not work. Should export as an excel Doc.

The system is very user friendly . The way things are set up helps you to keep track of members very easily.

Cons

Honestly I can't think of the cons when using Health Sherpa . I've used other systems and have found this one to be less complicated and faster.
