It is easier to access and to enter the data. I can move through the site to the final payment and It Is Done! Cons There are only a few things that I don't like in using the software and one of them is that the "Go Back" button is NOT at the top left of the page. I always forget it and hit the arrow then I lose all my details and have to start over. Fix it and make it large enough and a color that stands out for a button so it's easier to see! This allows the agent to build great repore with the client which equals more sales that will stick. Cons It times out after 1 hour and is a little difficult for the agent to get back to. Nice to have a Sales/CRM tool that I don't have to spend money on. Everybody wins! Pros The automated processes that save me from the more cumbersome experience of dealing with healthcare.gov. Also, the ability to organized my book of business and have up to date information on all of my clients. December 18, 2020 5.0 It made my work so much easier and faster than when I was working within individual carrier portals. The difference was like night and day. Pros As an agent appointed with multiple carriers it was an invaluable quote and enrollment tool as far as I'm concerned. It streamlined every task from comparing health plans (on and off the marketplace), to shopping for individual dental plans, to performing provider searches, to drug formulary look-ups, to collecting payments. It is truly a "ONE STOP SHOP" experience. I loved it! It made my initial attempt at enrolling clients into the Marketplace a breeze. I don't know how I could have done without it!!! This site makes it fast to do all 3. Even on my 1st app it was intuitive and that made it fast. Pros The clear buttons for quoting. The layout of the opening page and the other pages. How easy it is to quote someone and email them the quote. Plus they can do the enrollment which saves me time, or I can do the enrollment. HealthSherpa makes me look professional. Cons They could use a "Congrats, agent MC has successfully enrolled John Smith for a 1.1.2021 effective date", page at the end of the enrollment. Review Source MK Manfred K. The enrollment portal walks through even the most complex enrollment scenarios. The agent dashboard allows me to see a listing of all my enrolled clients and any outstanding data matching requests needed by the marketplace. Cons Printouts of confirmation pages and client information are often times in very small print and the organization on the page can feel cluttered.
