### "It's all in one place!"

It's keeping track of all my contracts in multiple States along with all my customer data. It makes this time of year easier to manage.

Pros

The website is keeps things simple! At such a busy time over here this is very important. It consolidates all my carriers in one place and seamlessly connects to healthcare.gov. I don't know if I could do ACA without such a platform.

Cons

That there's no support in the evenings during open enrollment.

Excellent, 10 out of 10 would use again. Love the referrals.

Pros

Everything is stream lined, the questions the application asks are appropriate and don't circle around the same concept endlessly. The quoting software is very handy, I just wish I could plug in income info and break it down during quoting.

Cons

Just the lack of ability to break down taxable vs nontaxable incomes during quoting.

This system is new to me but it has been very user friendly and quick to complete renewals and new applications. I would highly recommend it to Health Ins businesses.

Pros

The system is easy to use and makes re enrollment very simple . Your results/quotes are quick. User friendly system and prompt customer service.

Cons

When quoting and working with clients some times the screen blacks out and you have to start all over again.

Captures the options well and is easy to use.

Cons

While I am a new user, most features are obvious. Unfortunately I was not able to find a quick link to quote an existing Marketplace client their renewal quote. I had to start a new quote, which offered a link for 2020 or 2021. Perhaps I just need to learn the program better.

Cons

Sometimes our client households require separate plans for different members. Even though this is a function on the market place, you do not have it. It would be helpful to have this functionality to serve our clients per their needs.

This product is VERY user friendly!! It links to the marketplace very quickly, and without all the hassles of repetitive log in screens for each different carrier. If you want to save a great deal of time, I highly recommend HealthSherpa!!

Easy to use, accurate information displayed. Customer service team is very knowledgeable.

Cons

Need a way to add a person to the quote at the end of the application. I have not been trained on system after 3 years, but will take class soon.
