Great

Pros

Less questions, stream lined and efficient compared to alternative.

Cons

Quirky sometimes, quote premium is off to the final premium slightly most of the time, and several click continues that could be eliminated if questions were combined on the previous page.

I litterally stopped representing the carriers during open enrollment on the Marketplace last year. There were constant conflicts on the individual carrier sites. There isn't any reason to not enroll during Open enrollment anymore

Pros

Extremely simple to use. As a broker I hated having to log in to separate carrier portals to obtain quotes, compare benefits, send quotes, and enroll clients. This software makes it very easy thus efficient to use, therefore able to make more commissions faster. A BREEZE to use

I didn't encounter anything I didn't like

Easy to use. No repeated questions which makes input quicker

Cons

Should allow for customer review easier. This may assist reducing errors before generating eligibility notice.
