É boa. Como disse, é um sistema que facilita a comunicação interna da firma.

Pros

É uma plataforma que facilita a minha comunicação com o RH e financeiro da empresa. Portanto, as demandas são melhores resolvidas e desenvolvidas.

Cons

O que menos gostei não tem a ver com o sistema em si, mas sim com um problema que a gestão enfrentou ao criar os compromissos e tarefas dentro do sistema.

É ótima, usamos diariamente, e ele nos atende muito bem...sempre é possível melhorar, mas no geral a nota é 8,5.

Pros

Ele é muito intuitivo, fácil, logico, isso é ótimo. Atende em quase tudo que precisamos, mas por ser um sistema bem completo, alguns pontos podem ser aperfeiçoados. Mas o padrão, atende de forma muito satisfatória.

Cons

Alguns recursos inexistentes, mas entendo que algumas coisas são especificas do negócio, para desenvolver numa plataforma "padrão".

Sistema dinâmico com uma boa usabilidade e diversas funcionalidades para gestão como acompanhamento de vendas e relatórios, além de possuir integração com diversas outras ferramentas e sistemas e suporte rápido.

Cons

Por ser um sistema totalmente na Web, faz falta ter um aplicativo mobile para uma melhor navegação em dispositivos móveis.

Gosto bastante do Procedo, ajuda a manter tudo concentrado num lugar só, é cheio de funcionalidades excelentes e a interface é bastante amigável.

Pros

Apesar de ser recheado de funções, é muito prático manter-se organizado porque a interface e usabilidade do Procedo são muito boas. É uma ferramenta bastante 'moldável', o que ajuda muito.

Cons

O tempo para implementação de algumas novas funcionalidades pode ser um pouco grande, mas acho que isso é natural para este tipo de ferramenta.

Após aprender a trabalhar com o procedo se tornam fáceis as interações.

Cons

Algumas amarras que o sistema faz não fazem muito sentido. A dificuldade de gerar informações através de filtros analisando o funil de vendas e a ausência de alguns relatórios que seriam importantes para análise de informações.

Pros

Sistema bem parametrizado, com alçadas, etc.

Cons

Sistema de difícil utilização, com necessidade de uma hierarquia de ações. Difícil editar depois que algo foi criado.
