Overall, a very positive experience. Emvisage offers a solid product backed by a capable and highly collaborative team. They are easy to work with, proactive, and committed to supporting outcomes. While there are some limitations around integration flexibility and development capacity, these are improving. It has been a pleasure working with them and I look forward to continuing the partnership.

Pros

\- The team are excellent to work with. They are responsive, personable, and genuinely understand what you are trying to achieve. - Strong technical capability across the team. Given the time, they can deliver exactly what is required and are flexible in supporting bespoke needs. - The product works well out of the box and covers core requirements effectively.

Cons

\- Integrations typically require involvement from their development team, which can slow things down. - While improving, the platform could benefit from more self-service capability for integrations and customisation. - Additional senior development capacity would help accelerate delivery of larger enhancements.

Airtable became increasingly difficult to manage as our workflows scaled. As jobs progressed through different stages, the data felt fragmented and disconnected, which created a high reliance on manual handling and increased the risk of human error. While Airtable is flexible, it ultimately felt more like a set of smart spreadsheets with add-ons rather than a purpose-built workflow management system. It required significant effort to build and maintain processes that should be standard. In contrast, Emvisage provides a more structured, end-to-end workflow with many core features available out of the box. This significantly reduces manual intervention, improves data integrity, and gives greater confidence in operational consistency.

### "Emvisage in the powerlines industry"

Fantastic. The Emvisage staff have a deep understanding of how their product can be applied across different circumstances / businesses and gave excellent suggestions when we were completing discovery with the team. The support from their staff post implementation has been wonderful. Everyone i have spoken has been polite and proffesional.

Pros

Emvisage has allowed us to manage our workflow in significantly greater detail while reducing the time it takes to do so. We are able to manage our data to ensure that only those that need to see it can see it and it has improved the quality of reporting 10-fold.

Cons

The only complaint that i have from the entire process is in relation to post implementation. The system has been utilized slightly differently to what was proposed in discovery and i feel that another catch up after 6 months with everyone involved would have ironed out some of our bugs better.

You're always and automatically using the most recent version of the software - there's no need for manual updates 2. You don't need to worry about smartphone compatibility 3. ### "Flexible platform with collaborative team that adapts to complex needs"

Very collaborative and friendly company. The leadership and team at Emvisage is eager to get things done and actively listens to feedback. Emvisage has consolidated our operations as we scale and actively support us. While there are areas for improvement in developer capacity and some features, their willingness to work with us and adapt to complex request/workflows shows great value.

Pros

Professional and friendly staff who adapt to bespoke workflows. When we engaged Emvisage initially, they did a fantastic job of accomodating our existing processes with generous suggestions on how to improve them. We like the customer ability to make changes in a manner that is extensible by the Emvisage team themself. Despite contested dev time, they build robust/unique solutions via custom integration capabilities.

Cons

Limited engineering/developer capacity can slow speed to market. Some underlying backend features and documentation could be more exposed to technical users / clients of the platform with proper guardrails in place such as external integrations.

It has been great, it has helped streamline our processes and keeps all our data and task management in one space.

Pros

The flexibility and customization to suit our business needs. The Emvisage team were great to work with and the ongoing support has been fantastic.

Cons

Some of the restrictions i.e no/ minimal offline function, some of the constraints with data upload and task adjustment.

### "Great product to manage workflow and capturing infield data"

The product is very good, can save you valuable time which can be spent on other productive tasks. To add, the Emvisage team is fantastic to deal with.

Pros

Great for managing workflow of in-field product delivery where there can be several stages involved. Emvisage, once customised and set up to your requirements, details all stages of the product delivery lifecycle in a very detailed yet simplistic way which makes it easy to monitor progress, keep track of KPI's and staying on top of things. The in field digital forms are very handy as well when it comes to data capture on site. The forms can be tailored to what you require and are smart enough to cascade or collapse based on the user's input, which can save time on site, skipping through irrelevant bits of information. To top it, since the data capture is all digital instead of paper, the administrator or user's can later run reports across all input fields which can be very handy while running reports. Emvisage is very easy to use, and no complex training is required to start using it.

Cons

For any small change that is required to digital forms, you have to go back to the Emvisage development team to implement. It would be handy, if an admin user could make these changes.

### "A customised tool that was still affordable"

I needed a bespoke E2E customer management tool that allowed collaboration between my internal teams as well as multiple third party contractors - Emvisage was my solution

Pros

\- Customisation of my Emvisage solution was completed rapidly by the Emvisage team - The approvals and notifications features allowed me to easily monitor progress and maintain 100% compliance - The reporting functionality allowed me to generate management reports with just one click - With the solution being an online application, it allowed my field contractors to access the same system as my internal customer service & sales team. My field team were able to record / upload evidence of the job directly onto the customer's record. Also as the field team were an outsourced provider, the tool also allowed me to customise the field team's view so all they could only access the relevant sections of the customer's record - The best thing about this solution had to be the costs. The tool was still affordable even with the customisation and functionality

Cons

\- My organisation at the time had IE as the default browser and Emvisage worked better on Chrome so I had to get my IT department to approve the use of Chrome. Just wasn't sure why it worked on Chrome but not as good with IE.

Overall, emvisage as a software tool was effective in helping business to quickly set up and run key processes. Emvisage costs & reporting has helped business reduce manual effort & time.

Pros

Ease of set up and user interface is very powerful feature for emvisage. The workflow based system is certainly effective and has been used to cover different business process functions.

Cons

Flexibility to make changes to workflow instance at runtime.Emvisage works as a linear tool but at times due to complex business process where a runtime instance should be interjected and changed. This feature will help emvisage stand out with some of the other cloud based solutions.

Emvisage user inteface, reporting and ease of implementation had an advantage over other in market products

Emvisage is great platform as it has allowed our company to create a process that is tailored to our business needs. Also having the flexibility to be agile in a market that has alot of software options in the market.

Not having an APP on my IPHONE, I would like the ability to have an APP version as we grow

Emvisage has helped my team and contractors manage and actions on projects in a more efficient way, removing doubling ups and manual work in multiple areas.

Pros

The software is very user friendly and provides an easy view of overall progress of projects. The team behind the software is a "Yes team", always willing to look for the best solution for the requested outcome instead of focusing on replicating existing processes. The built in status/progress of each project makes it easier to see projects that may be falling behind or need urgent attention.

Cons

I think there is an opportunity to allow the client to add or remove fields for the export functions themselves.

Emvisage has allowed us to bring together; logistics, product tracking and an end to end service program all into one program. It has proved to be a very useful tool to track out product and it's status around the world.

Pros

Our ability to work with the Emvisage developers to create a bespoke platform that could meet all of our requirements was a huge reason we chose to go with them. Their straightforward platform made it an easy system to integrate into our business processes.

Cons

I'm actually hard pressed to find anything of note to mention, there were a few teething issues, but we were pushing the limits of the software's purpose as we built the system.

### "First implantation of proper CRM in 30 year Old Business"

We selected EMVISAGE for several reasons with a key one being the ability to easily communicate through the assigned implementation manager assigned to our business. open communication and being able to understand our vision has been critical. Setting and adjusting expectations has be a key moving part of the implementation.

Pros

Work flow visibility has been valuable. We have been able to split work loads up across the team so we are not overloading individual staff. We now have better team visibility across our customers experience as they travel from lead to completed project.

Cons

Its very difficult to visualise the customised integrated system in out business, then to over laying the process has been a challenge we are working through.

Reason for choosing Emvisage

Mostly down to communication - CRM's do all merge into similar end solutions. Our ability to work with the provider was a key part of the end decision
