Et le service client ne rembourse pas et vous dit que le problème a été remonté sauf qu’après 3 mois d’attente et plusieurs relances pas de résolution ni de remboursement Cons J’ai prévenu à plusieur reprise de l’irrespect qu’il font face à un client qui subit des beug de leur propre logiciel. Price and stock monitoring is especially good. The customer services is bad Pros The user interface is well designed, easy to adapt. It has many of the necessary functions such as bulk change etc. The part I liked the most is the notification email about the bulk process you ordered. Cons The customer service is the one with the usual robotic answers by virtual assistants. At least a day or a week passes before you actually have a solution.
