### "Phenomenal workflow management for the modern workplace"

Overall, this app is fast, convenient, and always a hit when I recommend it to my Consultancy's customers.

Pros

My favorite thing about Wrangle is that it meets users where they are. It connects with other tools and lets your team take advantage of all the other systems they use. Slack is a really fantastic place for low lift approvals, processes and notifications. And for everything else, you can make tasks and track your work through their task management app or even any other software via Zapier.

Cons

Wrangle's tradeoff is that its a somewhat less 'Native' solution. This is a good thing if you've got a whole stack of applications you use, but it could potentially be worse if your productivity apps all live in one monolithic system.

Reason for choosing Wrangle

Wrangle is just a lot more embedded into the other tools people use, like slack, instead of going all-in trying to be its own UI / tab for people to add to their list of other apps.

### "A slack integrated easy ticketing system"

Pros

Its a simplified usage of jira to generate a ticket. If you want an easy tool with an integration with Slack, then this is a good ticketing solution. Value for money

Cons

The UI could be better. Workflows are not easy for non tech persons. Its time for drag and drop options. One help slack channel cannot handle all queries.

Wrangle was no code, easy to setup for a non tech and had integration with slack. So its easy for acceptance for the employees who live in slack environment.

Pros

The ability to have reminders, pings the workflow interface is user friendly and easy to understand

Cons

With attachment it will bring you to the web-based instead of pop up from Slack. no email notification

Wrangle has been a fantastic partner. Their customer service is top-notch. They welcome feedback and are quick to address any issues. Our team loves Wrangle and we're creating new Slack workflows with it all the time.

Pros

It's very easy to create, manage, and update workflows for just about anything. It streamlines processes that were very manual and broken before. Now we are able to submit all types of internal requests for our team that are routed accordingly and assigned to the right people in a standardized fashion. Wrangle makes processes much more efficient and accurate.

Cons

After a workflow is active, you can update the assignee for a task. However, you can't edit the due date/time of the task. Yet. A web-based dashboard makes overseeing and triaging requests more efficient, but there isn't a reporting feature. Yet.

Overall we love Wrangler, the product is everybody's best friend! It s easy to use and sends you friendly reminder about tasks to do. I wish that we could invest more into it but at the moment it would be too expensive for us because we have a lot of reviewer. I wish that we could pay for a group of 10 and get a discount or something like this.

Pros

I and my team love the fact that we can assign specific tasks to people and have deadlines and reminders. We use it for design reviews but we would love to invest more into it.

Cons

I don't love when I send a workflow in a channel in Slack but I cannot edit the description. I wish that you could do that but I know that the team is working on it. It s very crucial for me because I often do mistakes or forget to add a very important link

Reason for choosing Wrangle

I looked into review products but Wrangler had all the features I needed and I love checkboxes. I love to be able to check a box when I am done with something. It s a visual satisfaction.

Pros

Wrangle is intuitive and straightforward to standup and use out of the box. Anything we couldn't configure ourselves was an easy lift for the team at Wrangle. Often after a quick Slack message or two later we were off to the races. Their customer support and service is best in class and the level of access to discuss updates and feature requests is amazing.

Cons

It's not you, it's us.... The elements we don't like about Wrangle are more a reflection of some processes that need improvement on our end than Wrangle's ability to address them. Candidly we have some funky workflows that don't translate well - Shaping Wrangle to meet those needs is certainly possible but to be fair, not the best use of the tool. At the price point (and even at 2X) Wrangle is an "easy button" for many of our repetitive processes.

Pros

The tools to allow a non-technical business user to set up workflows and for the entire team to be guided through various processes in a standardized manner, with transparency into the workflow status has been a game-changer for how our operations team manages various processes within the group

Cons

We look forward to when Wrangle has more integrations with various 3rd party products we use to that the fragmentation of tool sets is lessened.

Our overall experience has been good. The Wrangle team is very helpful and awesome to work with. I have found more uses for the product than what we originally intended to use it for as well. I'm excited to see how the product continues to improve!

Pros

Wrangle has helped simplify our process, and has become an integral technology for us to use. I don't know what we would do without it! It's very easy to design a workflow, and update as needed. Using a task list has helped ensure that steps aren't forgotten.

Cons

Wrangle is actively working to improve their product, and some of my previous suggestions have already been implemented. I would still like to see some additional features added- the ability to edit a form after submitting it, the ability to go backwards in the workflow (can help if someone accidentally checks a task or approval, but hasn't actually completed it yet), and simplifying the way the threads are populated so there is less information to scroll through.

Pros

As a company we live in Slack - Wrangle allows us to move our task and workflow management to the tool that we live in.

Cons

We were early beta users and at first it was a little bit harder to configure, but the team has quickly iterated and it's now easy for everyone on our team to customize and build their own workflows.

Pros

Wrangle has been instrumental in the day-to-day management of tasks at AvantStay. Wrangles are very easy to set up and they are designed in a way that makes us more efficient. From creating easy workflows that give users a space to discuss the task at hand (without losing important details in the endless stream of slack notifications) to accountability through optional reminders allowing our team to stay on top of tasks. Customer service is also incredible, the team is quick to respond and offer solutions.

Cons

The only thing I would love to see improved is the reporting.

Cons

I've been quite pleased using Wrangle to take processes that are normally managed as tasks lists in a spreadsheet program and make them live and sequenced tasks in Slack. As anyone who does business process management work knows, the revealing parts come in actually designing the workflows. We've had a good amount of process improvement ushered in by using the toolset.

Pros

Wrangle has an easy to use task designer and workflow designer. It's quite easy to become adept quickly at creating and managing workflows.We have been focused on finding tools that help us minimize the number of interrupting emails and Slacks to ask about the status of collaborative work. Wrangle has been a big help in that regard. Having specific forms that can be associated with specific workflows helps us to accomplish that.

Cons

Prior to the releases that occurred in Fall 2022, much of the work of interacting with the workflows had to occur in Slack. There is just too much information to organize it in Slack in an effective way. The releases in Fall 2022 made a big difference in the overall experience using the toolset.

Pros

Very easy to use and intuitive. Easy to create new workflows and pinpoint bottlenecks. Great for processes that are repetitive with various complexities, from PTO approval to new customer onboarding. For a hybrid workforce like ours and most today, this is a valuable tool to add additional power, analysis and tracking to our existing Slack communication platform.

Cons

I wish we have more repeat processes to leverage this software better than we currently do.

Wrange has made my job much simpler

Pros

I use it on processes that involve about 4 people. Instead of emails and messaging back and forth to confirm the job is done Wrangle lets every participant know when each step of the task is complete.

Cons

I can't think of anything to add to this, I'm very happy with this product
