We have sampled several programs prior but none assimilated into our day to day like Factory has. If there were any areas of the software that we felt could be altered in a way to have greater benefits to our business the team at Factory were all ears and very responsive to our ideas which has made the integration process very rewarding. Cons Any areas about this software that we felt were a con have been brought to the attention of Factory and have since been seen to. Factory allows us to be quicker and efficient on the overall ordering/invoicing process. Pros This is a very intuitive piece of software! It's fast, very effective and stream lined. The fact it creates the invoice as order is placed saves us a lot of time and allowed our business to grow more effectively. Cons Unfortunately due to the nature of our business to be bespoke and custom oriented, sometimes orders still have to be double handed. But This forever evolving app seems to be catching up with our needs pretty quickly. Switched from [MYOB Business](https://www.capterra.com/p/183867/MYOB-Business/) Factory filled the gap we had in our business. We were processing orders through MYOB alone, which is really an accountant software. Although we still use MYOB for accounting, Factory proved to be a self sufficient tool that we use on a daily basis.
