L'adoption/appropriation par les équipes, s'est fait rapidement et cela s'inscrit maintenant dans leur fonctionnement quotidien. Pros Le suivi des tickets et actions et particulièrement utile, en suivi quotidien. Cela évite les relances récurrentes et facilite la gestion. La digitalisation des audits terrains est particulièrement appréciée des opérationnels. Elle permet un gain de temps et donc d'efficacité. Cons La partie "indicateurs", KPI est à mon sens la partie à développer dans le futur. Pouvoir sortir des indicateurs de routines, pouvoir lier les indicateurs entre eux. La page communication est très ludique et simple à organiser pour donner les infos clés aux équipes.
