You get a real Value for Money, Customer Support is excellent also the platform is Ease of Use as well as the Client Support but Due to the wide variety of functions and customization options, new users may find the interface challenging to learn at first.

Pros

Billing was cheap there were no Bugs and Issues, Administrative Management is great i also appreciate that the software covers everything from member contracts to access control and billing.

none at all everything was great I recommend this company to everyone on this planet I promise no hick ups

Katasprophale allgemeine Erfahrung! Von Beginn weg ist man in dieser Software auf sich alleine gestellt. Das Onboarding existiert nicht, der Support ist nur ganz schwer zu erreichen und bleibt völlig abgekapselt. Das führt dazu dass sogar bei nur kleinen Dingen Stunden mit Emails verbracht werden bis das Problem gelöst wurde. Der Chatbot ist eine sehr schlechte KI die kein einziges mal eine Lösung präsentieren konnte. Die Software selbst ist extrem komplext und unübersichtlich mit hunderten komplexen Abhängigkeiten, die nicht klar sind. Das heisst man löst immer wieder unlösbare Fehler aus, für die man dann Stunden mit dem Support verbraucht, weil die nicht einfach kurz mit einem reden. Die Mitarbeiter antworten nur per Email und sind sehr unfreundlich und unterstellen einen noch Dinge. Diese Firma muss eine schreckliche Führung und grauenhafte Betriebskultur haben. Es tut mir sehr leid für alle die Firmen die in Verträgen mit Magicline sind und besonders für die Mitarbeiter die unter solchen Bedingungen arbeiten müssen. Wir suchen uns ein Unternehmen das unseren Werten einer Betiebskultur entspricht und die Kunden wie Kunden behandelt und nicht wie erbärmliche Bittsteller.

Pros

Wir nutzen es seit über 2 Jahren für unser Studio mit ca. 500 Mitgliedern. Die Magicline Software hat einige gute Features, ist aber völlig unübersichtlich geworden durch alle die zugekauften Bausteine. Es dauert Monate bis Jahre bios man sich darin zurechtfindet und auf Unterstützung kann man nicht hoffen. Der Support ist unter den schlechtesten die ich je erlebt habe.

Cons

2 Jahre Probleme. Ich kann ehrlich gesagt nicht viel gutes finden. Das Unternehmen muss eine schreckliche Betriebskultur haben, so wie sie Kunden behandeln. Sucht eine andere Software, dann spart ihr euch viel Ärger.

Mitgliederverwaltung - kann ich keine Aussage treffen. Alles andere nicht brauchbar.

Vorab - zur Mitgliederverwaltung keine Bewertung. Die Software mit Anbindung zur Buchhaltung bzw. Auswertung zum Steuerberaterportal ist eine reine Katastrophe.

Cons

Die Buchhaltungsanbindung zum Steuerberaterportal. Die Buchungen können nicht verwendet werden, da nichts stimmig. Support hierfür praktisch nicht vorhanden. Verweis auf SKR03 - ja, wenn Sie denn mal wenigstens pflegen würden und einfachste Buchhaltungsgrundkenntnisse einfliesen lassen würden. Die Kassenbuchhaltung ebenso eine Katastrophe. Ich arbeite seit über 30 Jahren als Buchhalterin, so eine miserable Software ist mir bis dato nicht untergekommen.

Softwarefunktionen top. Betreuung und Geschäftsgebaren unterirdisch.

Bedienung ist intuitiv und leicht zu erlernen

Cons

der Umzug der Daten aus der Vorgängersoftware war sehr aufwendig und ist nur in ungenügendem Maß vollzogen worden. ein Großteil der Verträge mussten manuell nochmal überprüft werden. Die Softwareschulung für die Mitarbeiter kostet extra und ist völlig nutzlos. Module die Anfangs als Inklusivleistungen versprochen wurden, wurden inzwischen outgesourst und kostenpflichtig - z.B. Vorher Grundbeitrag 270€ inkl. App, jetzt 270 € Grundbeitrag zzgl. 240€ App. Ich komme mir echt verarscht vor. Zudem bin ich sehr verunsichert, welches Modul als nächstes Kostenpflichtig wird.

Magicline geführt durch die Sport Alliance ist an sich das beste Kundenverwaltungssystem, das wir kennen. Plötzliche Preissprünge, wegen neu gegründeten GmbHs, Verkauf von Rechten usw. führen jedoch dazu, dass eine Preiserhöhung spontan um 270% kommen kann, und der Endverbraucher ohne Anwalt nicht mehr aus den 3 bis 5 Jahresverträgen kommt.

Pros

Durch Corona sind wir damals zu dieser wunderbaren Mitgliederverwaltung gewechselt. Die Preise waren im Vergleich zu unserem alten Anbieter ähnlich, aber mit deutlich mehr Funktionen. Das nun angeblich ausgegliederte Mitglieder Portal MySports war dabei absolut entscheidend.

Cons

Preissprünge innerhalb von 2 Jahren auf das 3-fache. Preiserhöhungen um €129 einen Monat nach Vertragsunterzeichnung. Kein Sonderkündigungsrecht. Support gibt nur Standard Antworten. Geschäfts-Verwicklungen undurchsichtig.

Das falsche importieren von Daten, falsche Einstellungen im Rechungswesen etc. haben ein Cashflowdefizit von über CHF 150'000 verursacht. Es gibt keine grundsätzliche Hilfe. Die Kader/Geschäftsleitung ist arrogant und hilft nicht. Als User ist man mit den Problemen allein respektive vergrault Kunden.

Pros

Zu Beginn war ich recht begeistert. Die Ideen und Abläufe scheinen sehr gut. Auf der generelle Auftritt war super. Leider bestötigen sich mit der Zeit die vielen 1 Sternebewertungen auf Google. Die Software ist brandgefährlich - insbesondere wenn man von einer anderen Software Daten migriert.

Cons

Support und Lösungsfindung für unzählige Probleme.
