Pros Faciltà d'uso, report accurati, comunicazione e assistenza accessibili, disponibilità nel cercare soluzioni Cons Forse chiederei più flessibilità nel modellare i pacchetti in base alle proprie esigenze anche se mi rendo conto che sarebbe poco gestibile da parte vostra. Una cosa che invece dovrebbe essere modificata è il numero dei caratteri nella personalizzazione degli sms: 11 caratteri non sempre sono sufficienti a contenere il nome del brand che pertanto arriva alla clientela con qualche contrazione che può dare adito al sospetto di mail truffaldine. In ultimo andrebbe spiegata meglio le criticità e quindi le soluzioni (autenticazioni) per gli invii di e-mail con alcuni provider, in quanto molti ns. utenti ci hanno segnalato l'arrivo diretto nella casella spam. Cons We need a translator to understand the functions. This app isn't available in English. and need to better the customer support function.
