August 14, 2026 5.0 Overall, I have been pleased at the traction of leads we have received. We have received a good bit of calls on our service side of the business. Pros Hibu was quick in the creation of our website. We quickly raised our internet visibility of our business which was proven through more leads than we have had in the past. Cons Limited options to modify the email flyer graphics. I wish when we create our email blast (which are very beneficial) we could have more flexibility in the graphics. There is also confusion on why the phone number is different than our normal number. This can almost make it look like Spam. Alternatives considered [Novo Solutions](https://www.capterra.com/p/141610/Municipal-Asset-Management-Software/) Reason for choosing Hibu Cost was a big driver. Hibu was the lowest cost. Taking over the websites was also a plus (although it is a risk as if we leave Hibu, we lose our websites). We like the customization that has gone into things and it has helped aid in the content creation for our social media management. Cons There's always a slight learning curve when using a new platform, but overall it has been a smooth process. I don't have any real complaints with our interactions. My sales and service man is a rock star who ends up having to do the work of the back office. Pros have to think about that... Cons There is always a problem. The ad department that runs the ads is horrible at copy. They take forever to get back to me or my sales person. They put a series of call forwards on a couple of my numbers and there was a 30+ second delay on the phone to ring in our location and we lost hundreds of calls and they never made up for our revenues lost. The company is very expensive and are hard to get the back office people to respond to my sales rep or me. They kept changing the verbiage in my website without having a clear understanding of what we do. I had to go inn and re-edit all of the copy on every page of the site. They disconnected me from my Google Analytics and still have not installed the Google update to get it fixed. Review Source TR Tom R.
