Great, no complaints. Again, \[sensitive content hidden\] has been great and made our experience smooth and easy with the company.

Pros

I normally deal with \[sensitive content hidden\], she is great and is always checking to make sure we are good to go. Any updates I might have for the website she gets on it right away.

Cons

I do not have any complaints, price has stayed fairly reasonable and not increased a ton which is nice.

### "What am I actually paying for?"

It's a joke, the few times in the last 8 years I have needed their support I never get answers, I have to call my rep to have him get some action. Instagram hasn't been connected in over 4 years, I can't do it, they evidently can't do it. I pay Go Daddy for the domain every few years, I don't even know what they do for $225 a month. That's over $21,000 in the past 8 years. In fact this last October I don't even think I got the annual renewal phone call which is all I ever get. If I had time to actually look for something else I would change.

Pros

My sales person. The monthly reports are helpful

Cons

Price The time it takes to update Updates not done. Zero customer service

Reason for choosing Hibu

Brian Coombe is very good as a sales person. I had him when he was with yellow book.

### "Local and Great to work with"

Pros

I love the fact they are local and I get to speak to my sales rep in person. They are always around and having the advantages of a big company when it comes to platforms and support is great and at the same time the local feeling of a smaller company

Cons

I do not really have any con's at this time

Pros

The traffic it drives to my store, the access to a marketing manager for feedback and help.

Pros

I am thrilled with my decision to work with \[sensitive content hidden\] and Hibu! \[sensitive content hidden\] helped every step of the way through the transition and the results were almost immediate. I am blown away by how many Google reviews Tucson Sports Recovery has gotten since starting with Hibu; before Hibu I had to pull my clients' teeth to get them to leave a review! We are so happy with their services that we even upgraded our package to include the website. Enlisting Hibu's help is a no-brainer - take my word for it. Thank you \[sensitive content hidden\] and Hibu!

Cons

The thing I liked least about Hibu was I wasn't sure who to go to with certain questions. Was I supposed to email my Account representative who sold me the product, the person who helped set up my listing and dashboard, or the customer service number at the top of the Hibu dashboard? Having a a clear pipeline to get my questions to the right personnel would have been helpful.

We stay for the customer service and take their word for it that we are benefiting from the service. Every company needs a website, and Hibu handles everything we need to have one.

Pros

We love our Hibu representative. We have had great customer service when upgrading or downgrading our services. They do their best to explain the differences in the packages and what it all means. Since no one in our company knows much about tech or advertising, the guidance is essential.

Cons

It is expensive. We have been told by numerous sources that we could get something similar for much less cost. Since we do not know that much about the services, and since we enjoy our representative, we choose to stay with Hibu.

Pros

Very easy to work with our account executive and website building team. Customer service was used once and they were incredible nice and fixed the problem while I was on the phone with them.

Cons

It took a couple of times to get the colors for the website right. What I envisioned and what we had weren't the same, but after speaking with the designer again, it was completed perfectly.

I have a local rep. She make appointments with me and does what I suggest.

Very good experience, it has been much more user friendly than other services we have used in the past.

Pros

The most beneficial part of the service for myself and the team in general is the ability to track leads and go back and listen to phone calls. As a whole the amount of analytics makes it easy to track the progress we are making in overall visibility

Cons

As a whole there is not much to complain about. All of the information and analytics are a nice tool, but it would be nice if there was a way to condense it down to make it slightly more digestible.

I can make changes to my website at 2:00 am, or request for their staff to complete the changes for me. Any time from anywhere.

Pros

I can easily have changes made to our website, or have the changes done for me.

Cons

There is nothing that I like the least about Hibu. They are prompt and reliable. Android phones dont work the best with the application though.

Switched from

Cost and convenience were the main reason for the switch.

### "Biggest scam in the business "

They seem nice and wanting to work with you in the beginning

Cons

Stay far away. I started with HIbu just running our adds and saw a decrease in business and was spending more than I was running them on my own. I told myself it was just a slow time and things would come back around in the spring. When I did enter the time I am usually swamped with business I was still dead. I canceled (which is not convenient and you have to argue with them for 20 minutes before they will cancel your account) with hibu turned on my old adds spending less and 3x the amount of business I was doing. Then they have the audacity to try to get me to pay for an extra month after my cancellation. These people are the biggest scam I have ran into in business, if this review keeps even one person from using them then it is well worth the time typing this.

Overall, I am very pleased with the work that Hibu has done for my company.

Pros

Hibu helped fix my website and get all my social media ads set up. They continue to monitor them and keep things current. Very turn-key.

Cons

There isn't much I don't like. It did take a while for the advertising to pay off, but that is the nature of advertising. It isn't the fault of Hibu or anyone else.

Although the contracts are yearly and you are locked into decisions of those contracts, (even if previous employee signed), they are helpful and welcome any calls/emails.

Pros

We foster the benefits of them keeping us at lead of our competitors when it comes to search engine views.

Cons

No chance of knowing how we will do if/when we cancel. Will we fall off face of internet search? Hard to tell where our impressions and clicks come from exactly.
