### "Great Sales Pitch, Horrible Service"

I contracted with Hibu for digital marketing but they never completed their responsibilities. I believe the timing of covid, and its impact on Hibu's business, may have played a role. I understand that, and was very patient and flexible as we all tried to adjust to the new normal. Unfortunately, I nonetheless had to get my website update and execute on a marketing plan to save my business, a school for kids 2 - 6. Now, Hibu expects to charge me for services never provided and has turned the case to a collection agency. Shameless!

Pros

The sales guy, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was very attentive and helpful... until the sale was completed and then he turned the project over to the implementation team.

Cons

Very unresponsive to my business' needs and zero follow up.

### "A Terrible Decision"

I was shocked small businesses are buying these sites. $150/mo on a two year contract for a very very bad site.

Pros

I did not like anything at all. Hibu is the yellow pages and if you’re going to get a website for your business...do not go with this company.

Cons

Every website template looks just like the other...even the text they use along with the content is the same.
