Das Tool ist insgesamt ok und erleichtert die Verwaltung der Ressourcen. Leider ist bei Fragen selten jemand erreichbar was zum Beispiel bei Abrechnungen zu längeren Verzögerungen führen kann.

Support ist katastrophal, Tagelang keine Rückmeldung, Erreichbarkeit per Telefon ist nur äusserst selten erfolgreich.

Wir nutzen Locaboo für unsere komplette städtische Sportstättenbelegung.

Pros

Die Software ist gut zu verständlich und für jeden Nutzer/Kunden handelbar. Sie ist im täglichen Geschäft schnell zu bedienen.

Cons

Die Umsetzung der Tarife funktioniert nicht vollständig. Bei einigen Nutzergruppen werden die Tarife nicht richtig zugeordnet.

Mit Locaboo können wir die Belegzeiten tagesaktuell einpflegen. Die Vereine/Externe haben Zugriff und können selbstständig Buchungen vornehmen. Durch den Zugriff zum Programm können die Vereine/Externe auch die Eintragungen nachvollziehen, erhalten Transparenz und erkennen mögliche Belegzeiten.

Pros

Mit Locaboo haben wir ein transparentes System gefunden, das optisch angenehm und anwendungsfreundlich ist.

Cons

Derzeit bestehen noch längere Ladezeiten bei der Speicherung von Buchungen.

Wir hatten bei verschiedenen Anbietern Testversionen in Gebrauch. Locaboo hat dabei im Aufbau, Ansicht und Anwendung überzeugt.

Das schöne an Locaboo ist, dass die Software individuell an die Kundenwünsche angepasst wird.

Pros

Die Software ist einfach zu bedienen und selbsterklärend. Verbesserungsvorschläge werden in der Software eingepflegt.

Cons

Die Eingabe der Bewirtungsartikel im Vorfeld durch Kunden ist für uns schwierig umzusetzen, daher haben wir eine andere Lösung gefunden.

Die direkte Abrechnung der Nutzungstage mit dem Mieter

Cons

Nachdem wir eine Verwaltungsgemeinschaft mit 2 Mitgliedsgemeinden sind, gibt es natürlich für jede Gemeinde ein eigenes Rechnungsformular (unterschiedliche Bankverbindungen, unterschiedliche Wappen usw.). Es sollte eine Möglichkeit geschaffen werden, mehrere Formulare zu hinterlegen und bei den Teilprogramm "Abrechnung" die Auswahl des Formulars abzufragen und somit das richtige und notwendige Formular einzustellen.

In der Behörde sind Buchungszeichen in Rechnungen wichtig, diese können leider nicht in der entsprechenden Größe eingestellt werden. Leider haben wir es noch nicht geschafft unsere externen Nutzer zur Bedienung der Belegungen zu bekommen.

Management der Räume, Hallen und Sportplätze lässt sich wunderbar für die Bürger und die Vereine transparent erledigen. Hier haben alle Beteiligten nur Vorteile.

Pros

Transparenz nach außen für die Bürger! Wegfall von vielen telefonischen Rückfragen zur Terminfindung in den Räumen. Übergabe der Verantwortung auf zuständige Vereine.

Cons

Die Schwierigkeit besteht für uns darin, die benötigten Funktionen unter der Vielzahl der Möglichkeiten zu finden. Dies ist wahrscheinlich nur für uns als kleine Gemeinde und nicht täglicher Nutzung ein Nachteil.

Wir haben ein für uns ideales Raumbuchungstool mit allem was wir benötigen.

Pros

Software ist flexibel anpassbar auf die eigenen Bedürfnisse. Die Schwierigkeiten wurden bei der Implementierung analysiert und es wurde sehr intensiv darauf eingegangen und unsere Wünsche individuell umgesetzt.

Cons

Man konnte anfangs Serienbuchungen nicht so flexibel wie jetzt gestalten aber die Locaboo nimmt Verbesserungsvorschläge auf und setzt diese dann auch um.
