This software streamlines the hire process and keeps communications between employees and supervisors and HR so much clearer and easier to manage!

Pros

The automated communication, via text message, is my favorite! Gauging an applicants responsiveness through use of this technology saves time while showing a sincere message/intent. Next is the time-efficient messages like birthdays and follow up with new hire, etc. Finally, the ability to send out announcements and surveys is such a time-saver!

Cons

I feel like we're not getting as many applicants as we would like but I also know that's not singularly a software issue so... that aside, I have no problem!
