Nous avons également reçu un excellent service de la part de Cynthia, de l'équipe de support. Elle a été patiente, l'écoute de nos besoins et soucieuse de répondre à nos questions. Cons Il aurait été utile de pouvoir facilement extraire les questions de notre sondage, incluant les différents facteurs y étant liés, sous un format Excel sans avoir à solliciter l'aide de l'équipe de support. Amélio est une plateforme RH simple, efficace et bien pensée, mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c’est l’approche humaine derrière l’outil. On sent une volonté réelle d’aider et de soutenir les utilisateurs, pas seulement de vendre un produit. C’est un partenaire de confiance dans le travail RH. Pros J’ai particulièrement apprécié la simplicité d’utilisation et la clarté des résultats. La plateforme offre des sondages d’engagement faciles à déployer et des données claires qui aident à prioriser les actions RH concrètes. Les outils de reconnaissance et les cartes cadeaux sont faciles à utiliser. Ce que j’apprécie le plus chez Amélio, c’est sans hésiter leur support client. L’équipe est toujours disponible, réactive et réellement impliquée. On ne se sent jamais seul avec la plateforme : dès qu’on a une question ou un besoin, il y a quelqu’un pour nous accompagner, expliquer et proposer des solutions concrètes.
