## What is Freddy Feedback?

You can Freddy Feedback to get feedback on your product, features, pricing, blogposts, FAQs, docs and more. And we designed it to be different from other feedback tools. First, it's focussed. That means you get a simple and powerful tool with high response limits. Second, we got tired of outdated designs with weird looking emojis. Freddy's themes look super fresh and we never show a 'Powered by' label. Lastly, because we apply focus our prices are low and response limits are high.

Extremely good value for the price. Took us only 10minutes from signup to having it integrated in our platform.

Pros

\- 1000x simpler to use than any other tool we tried - Does one thing and does excellently - gathering feedback from your visitors - Has a great design and intuitive user interface - Is super quick to setup and integrate in your website - Is flexible (only feedback tool which has inline option, not just popups) - Super great customer support (quick, constructive) - Webhook makes integration easy - CSV export of responses lets you integrate even with legacy system

Cons

\- No branching of responses (if negative, then x; if positive, then y, but it's on the roadmap)

Very well put together. Fast support. Simple and fun to use.

Pros

It is a handy tool that is easy to use. I think it is important that a software supplier can quickly realize feature requests. Good support is important. Freddy Feedback has it all. An integration with Discord & Slack is really cool! It helps to get the feedback to the right team.

Cons

They don't have an app & API, which most of our software suppliers have. We like to connect our products to the tools we use.

Very impressed and satisfied. It does what it does well, and at a very reasonable price.

Pros

It provides exactly the baseline features one requires of an embeddable feedback widget for a website, including a very user-friendly dashboard for configuration and reviewing submitted feedback. The widget's presentation is clean and simple. Comparable products are either part of a larger user support suite that doesn't prioritize this functionality, or their baseline survey feels comparatively heavyweight, meaning there's more friction that can dissuade a user from submitting.

Cons

As of writing this, there is no mechanism within the dashboard for modifying a submitted feedback item, such as to apply a custom label or resolved status, or to delete an item entirely. This is a conscious choice by the team, as this is a feedback \*collection\* tool, not a feedback \*management\* tool, which I totally get. That being said, it's straightforward to configure a webhook to push feedback items to another tool for tracking each item's status.

Amazing customer support that are willing to help with responsive replies! Really impressed with the service they provided :)

Pros

I love the simplicity of the software and it's features of collecting feedback! It's there but not in your face, very user friendly too. I wanted to implement something like this on a platform we use for quite a while and this is exactly what I was looking for.

Cons

I initially struggled with implementing the software within Click Funnels, however, thanks to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] from the support team and his awesome help, I was able to do this with ease. Other than that, not many cons I can say at all!
