Pros

  • Great service, great people - [sensitive content hidden] was a great help, easy to use platform, saved me a packet on legal fees.

  • The onboarding with fantastic customer service - caring, attentive, supportive, understanding, going at my pace, and educating all the way.

  • In particular was great in helping us understand how to use Vestd and the onboarding process was great. The only company we saw with a direct integration to Companies House.

  • I get to do what I enjoy most - helping the clients design their schemes and spending more of my paid-time on what interests the client rather than what is interesting to lawyers.

Cons

  • Confusing paperwork and lots of uploads to do.

  • Reporting to HMRC and the steps required are not intuitive and because they aren't done frequently are hard to remember.

  • Where friction is felt is often due to government bureaucracy rather than a limitation of the software itself.

  • I think the product has a hard job to make complex products, especially because of regulatory requirements, accessible.

"Ben Rogers is a star"

Overall: Knowing I have Ben to lean on is a great comfort. Thanks for your help Ben!

Pros: I recently had some complicated unapproved share options to sort for a number of our American employees. Being new to the platform, I wasn't sure how things worked but he was super helpful in guiding me through the whole process.

Cons: It can be quite confusing if you haven't used it much before, but ben made it very easy for me to understand the platform

"Amazing product and outstanding quality of the service"

Overall: Overall, what I would specifically distinguish is the speed and the patience that Vestd dealt with my requests. I would lover to especially thank [sensitive content hidden] for her competence and professionalism demonstrated during the onboarding process, valuation organization. Also, when [sensitive content hidden] was off, her team picked up all the queries promptly and efficiently. I would also like to thank [sensitive content hidden] for his patience and positive approach during the sales process - It took more than a year to make a deal on this, but it happened. Overall, the impression from the team is that they are motivated and ready to address all the needs of the customer on the best possible level.

Pros: I liked the product overall. From concept to details. Onboarding was very well organized, with right amount of the info. Setting up an equity program is not an easy task and usually requires vast amount of time spent with legal and HR professionals to set this up. With their organization and easy-to use product they made very complex things doable. The employee self-service part and provision of visibility, notifications and explanation of the complex material is on highest level.

Cons: Nothing to tell so far. This was one of the best customer experience I had compared to other B2B products.

"EMI option grants"

Overall: Helpful support team and always happy to help

Pros: Like it can all be sent electronically and set up templates

Cons: Templates have to wait for vestd support to update however on this occasion [sensitive content hidden] turned around super quick v happy

"Great experience"

Overall: Great experience with Vestd so far and has made the process of setting up an EMI scheme very easy

Pros: Support from the team on calls to guide you through the process

Cons: confusing paperwork and lots of uploads to do!

"Great service - people are so helpful"

Overall: Brilliant - the platform helps with admin and compliance. The service team is the best I have ever come across. They make the platform a value add rather than just an admin cost.

Pros: The platform does what it says. It saves maintaining records in an ad hoc manner. More importantly for me is the level of customer service. We can all make mistakes but the service team are second to none in assisting and helping you correct errors etc. I have never dealt with a platform that has such great customer service. It's a clear differentiator. Very happy customer.

Cons: Nothing - I have no complaints about the service.,

Reasons for Choosing Vestd: Its the best service and I had seen others using it.
