Pros Clean dashboard (although looks a little bit old school) which allows easy management. Allows importing reviews from a lot of sites, which makes it easy for website visitors to check all the reviews in one place. Cons Although it supports many review sites, one of the most essential sites G2 is still missing! This is in their roadmap, so hopefully, they will add support for G2 soon. The design looks a little old to me, but it's not an issue. Pros It's straightforward to implement; you can add your CSS styling. Great support; support replies are quick and give excellent technical and account management help. Amicable staff. Cons At first, there were not many reviews of the product itself, and there were not many examples on youtube or google about the product. That made us hesitant to use the product in the first place. Reason for choosing JustReview It had the most straightforward implementations. It is possible to style the widget using CSS. There are no extra weird scripts injected into your code. Class names are not jumbled. It works with many different review sites. Also it has gdpr support and can accept it's own reviews, so no need of other custom plugins. Pros All of my customer reviews are finally consolidated into one slick interface for my customers to see across different platforms. I don't have to import from several different sites that don't play well together. The solution is also smart enough to push all of the positive reviews to the top which is also nice.
