Great software application for emergency communications.

Pros

Broadcasting immediately, documents upload and having the non-profit logo visible! Support response is quick!

Cons

Not able to have two map locations and there is no two-way communication visible. The users don't have access to the documents uploaded and the Map is visible "View in Maps" however the users will have to download the "Google Maps" for directions.

Reasons for choosing CallingTree

Working with the Director with CallingTree, he understood the needs of the Saving Paws Rescue and providing the use of the CallingTree app for free, using the CallingTree app weekly to broadcasting a weekly test message are a few of the main reason for choosing CallingTree app. Thank you all.

We were able to keep track of our staff during a recent election period and confirm their status as part of the Business Continuity measures put in place for this.

Pros

The ease of setting it up and the ability to keep track of communications sent to staff

Cons

Would like to be able to identify who sent a specific message in the messages sent to you menu
