Pros
The ability to pull a variety of detailed reports is very helpful, especially the projected giving. This has been huge for us during Covid and when preparing budgets.
We have found during the pandemic using Faith Direct has provided a major benefit in helping us keep our donation revenue steady.
Cons
Also, it was a disappointment that the user could only choose two days out of the month to have the money pulled.
Very difficult to work with adjusting the program (event) each year.
"Positive Change to Faith Direct"
Overall: Overall the product has been a valuable resource for us in many ways and the customer support has always been very helpful and expedient.
Pros: The ease of use for both staff and parishioners has been great. It has been more utilized during this time of Covid, giving our parishioners a safe and secure way to continue their giving and parishioners have report how easy it is to use. The Text-to-Give feature has been an added benefit especially with one time collections and special collections. The ability to pull a variety of detailed reports is very helpful, especially the projected giving. This has been huge for us during Covid and when preparing budgets.
Cons: The event sign up has been a bit complicated and cumbersome, but I understand they are rolling out a new and improved version.

Overall: We have found during the pandemic using Faith Direct has provided a major benefit in helping us keep our donation revenue steady. Before the crisis we received about 40% of contributions through Faith Direct and this has increased to over 50%.
Pros: I like the easy to use interface and ability to download the detailed or summary reports in Excel or PDF formats.
Cons: I have not experienced any problems in using the software. If I can't figure out what to do the tech support is very helpful.
