Während dieser Pilotphase werden wir kontinuierlich betreut und bei der Entscheidungsfindung umfassend unterstützt. Insgesamt sind wir bisher sehr zufrieden und können edyoucated allein auf Grund der Beratung, Unterstützung und der individuellen Zusammenarbeit empfehlen. Pros Der Austausch mit den Mitarbeitenden von Edyoucated ist stets von einer freundschaftlichen Atmosphäre geprägt, die eine sehr angenehme und offene Kommunikation ermöglicht. Bei der Einbringung von Ideen, Anregungen oder dem Hinweis auf fehlende Funktionen ist das Team äußerst aufgeschlossen und nimmt alle Vorschläge gerne entgegen. Dabei bleibt es jedoch realistisch und kommuniziert transparent, dass nicht alle Vorschläge kurzfristig umgesetzt werden können. Besonders beeindruckt haben mich die Funktionen zum Skill-Management, die ich während der Masterclass von Edyoucated genauer kennenlernen durfte. Diese ermöglichen eine detaillierte und systematische Strukturierung der Fähigkeiten innerhalb des Unternehmens. Die daran anknüpfenden adaptiven Lernpfade sind ebenfalls toll, da sie eine individuelle Anpassung des Lernprozesses ermöglichen und somit auf die spezifischen Bedürfnisse und Lernziele jedes einzelnen Mitarbeitenden eingehen können - diese Individualität beim Lernen fehlt uns bisher. Cons Bisher nutzen wir ein LMS, was schon deutlich länger am Markt ist und daher umfangreichere Funktionen hat, was mir insbesondere hinsichtlich der hierarchischen Sortierung von Nutzern aufgefallen ist. Hier fehlt also an der ein oder anderen Stelle noch eine Funktion, wobei die meisten wohl bereits auf der Roadmap stehen, sodass ich eine positive Entwicklung diesbezüglich erwarte.
