CTO Computer Software Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Best B2B payment platform in the market today" December 1, 2020 5.0 We really like the payment tracking and timeline features. It's the best payment tool for large B2B payments. Pros The product is simple to use, very intuitive and their rates are the lowest in the market which saves us a lot of money on processing fees. We use their global payouts API to pay contractors internationally. It is simple to integrate, $0 wire fees and avoids the need to collect any banking information which is nice. We also just started to use their recurring beta for our SaaS solution. It's been easy to manage subscriptions and the B2B rates saves us over 70% vs Stripe's fees. Cons We need permissioning for different account types and additional integrations. However they have been responsive to feature requests and their support team is responsive. No long processes, after about a week of compliance we were in. Communication throughout the process was great Pros The coverage is crazy and goes into some countries that e.g. Wise.com currently can't serve. While more expensive than Wise.com, it's a lot cheaper than any bank offering and even PayPal. Cons The tech is on the less polished site but getting better with each release. Borderless has been trying to build their profile on fakes USP's. Cons Cons: Entire USP's listed on Borderless Website is fake and this is how: 1) They claim to be the only payment solution using direct debit as the payment method which is an outright lie. They ask large B2B customers like us to wire payment to them first so the entire USP premise of being the only direct debit solution is lost. 2) They take 2-3 weeks to approve B2B clients. 3) Tweet us at \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] for an exact feedback about Borderless. But I decided to start testing the borderless platform with a couple of transactions and I was really surprised how more value the platform provided specially when it came to data an tracking. Moreover, I received great customer service + had a call with the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] that answered all my questions and concerns and with each new transaction my doubts diapered. I started really seeing the impact on my bottom line as I started shifting more payments from wire transfers to borderless. Long story short, I highly recommend it and it's definitely worth a try. Pros My top three pros for borderless are: 1- MUCH cheaper than any solution out there which is putting more $ in my pocket (no more wire fees, no setup fees or monthly fees, cheaper than banks and credit card payment processors + on top of that they cap their fees per transaction) 2- Super easy to use and the user interface is very simple and provides useful information (I can finally know where my payments are with real-time tracking) 3- Customer service is just amazing - the team responds quickly to any of my questions and they take the time to build the relationship so they can predict my needs without me asking for it. I hope they can keep this up. Cons borderless being a new and the only US-based local and international direct debit platform has come along way to developing and fine-tuning their products. I think now they can definitely add more value by expanding their Global Payout feature to more countries. November 27, 2020 5.0 We needed a less expensive, and more transparent way to manage larger B2B payments. Pros The modern interface is easy to use, and the ability to track payment progress is very helpful! We primarily collect payments from US based customers with Borderless, however, with Borderless we're also able to make payments to international contractors. Cons The functionality is great for the stage of the business. Additional user types and QB optimization would be nice, however, their support team is responsive and proactive with new feature ideas. Solutions are on the way to solve "challenges" like these. Regardless, we anticipate substantial transaction fee savings from using Borderless whenever possible.
