It is so easy to use and most companies have the ability to use it on the check-out. Paypal is easy, secure and fast way to pay bills or send money to relatives and friends. I use it pretty much daily and have done for the last 10 years. Pros I have used paypal for 10 years or more. It is secure, quick and easy to use. We are able to pay vendors without having to set up a lot of specialized accounts with each bendor Pros PayPal makes paying vendors simple and seamless. This is my preferred way to order from vendors because the payment is secure and the process is so streamlined. Cons Because of the intense security features, I’ve been locked out of my account when I’m not at my main computer/device and have to go through a long authentication process that wastes time. I also like that it’s easy to pay for products online using my paypal account. Cons I don’t like that my personal and business accounts are combined just because they go to the same bank account. I shouldn’t have to send an invoice to my sister to cover her half of the lunch bill. Pros As a 3d Character designer, i have been using Paypal for all my transactions with clients. It handles and accepts difference currencies from all over the world. It offers a Pay later option, which makes it very flexible. It offers also installments for buying items and paying them over a period of time of up to 24 months. I love that it tracks my payments and refunds. Pros The customer support is fast to respond, invoicing and easy to use, the refunds tracking is easy to get to and when there is an issue you get notified immediately. It has so many more options than a standard peer to peer payment services and it is so easy to get customer service as you can contact them through live chat or email and they will respond in a timely manner. Pros PayPal provides a variety of options to manage money in your account. I can setup direct deposit to my account, transfer money, pay friends, and use it on various ecommerce platforms to make purchases. Additionally, PayPal is great on keeping you up to date on your activities and statements and notifying you if a transaction looks off. Cons The overall UI, particularly on iOS, could use some improvements to match other peer to peer payment services. Cons Sometimes it can be a bit difficult to get verified or certified for security purposes but generally it resolved relatively quickly. It can delay funds being received.
